Who can we pray for today?
I would also like to make a request. Today is The March For Life in Washington D.C., at noon. Would you please take a few moments and pray for all involved? And that their message would be heard, hearts would be softened, and that ears that need to hear their message will do so. Prayer is necessary if we’re ever going to turn the tide in this. Thanks.

Wandering Views 
I could use some prayers please. BG is causing tension with both my husband and my ex-husband. Ex is giving me grief about money. Never does a month go buy that he doesn’t ask me to help pay for the braces. I am paying for most of the therapy. Husband thinks BG should do more around here and has stated that he is not going to be the house boy running around cleaning up when it is her chore. Both of them think that going to therapy once a week is too much of a budget strain and we should back off. The therapist is telling me not to worry about paying her, we can work it out that right now we are in a crisis.
I now understand why at the height of my mother’s alcholism my father worked all the time. It is a pleasure to go to work where at least I have a miniscule amount of control in my life.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the rain and snow that falls and causes various plants to grow and provide food for us. Thank You for Your word that goes out and does not return void. Many have learned from Your word to value life from the moment of conception. At the point of conception a person is formed in Your image. At one time I had no understanding about that, but then You opened my eyes, ears and heart to have understanding. Lord, I pray for those who are in DC for the March for Life. Keep them all safe. Give them traveling mercies. Strengthen any who are feeling under the weather as they persevere out in the weather to make a statement regarding life. I pray You will wake up those who have been asleep and too groggy by trying to do life without You to realize this major wrong that has been happening for far too long in our nation. 55 million+ lives have been destoyed not because of a lack of gun control but because of a run-away abortion industry and politicians who promote it. O Lord, we cry out to You to open eyes, ears and hearts this day in the chambers of Congress, in the Supreme Court and in the Executive Branch. May the numbers of marchers show that this is not dwindling issue. It is rising up. It is stirring our nation to be a force for life. Please help the races have an understanding of how devastating this is for abortion targets some races more than others. It is so wrong! Please Lord, may this day and march be the tipping March for Life that all the others have led up to. How can gun control take priority over abortion as an issue in our nation. You are holy, holy, holy and we desire to be a holy nation following in the ways of Jesus. He is for life and came so we might have it abundantly. That means both physical life and spiritual life and eternal life. I pray for many lives to be saved as a result of today’s march. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Heavenly Father,
You are aware of the needs in Kim’s family. They are great at this time. I pray You will surround Kim with Your love and hold her together as only You can do when she feels tugged at from all directions. I pray you will increase her income so she will feel able to provide for BG’s needs without stressing out others over the financial obligations of providing optimum care. Thank you for the therapist who is willing to work around the cost of treatment to provide crisis care. Thank You for the benefit of Kim ‘s work feeling like a refuge from growing storm clouds. I pray those clouds will soon depart leaving everyone in a happier state of being. Lord, if there are other resources for treatment such as group therapy that is not as expensive, I pray You will make it known to Kim. I pray for healing of BG to come along quickly. Please provide Christian books and tapes to help BG and Kim as they go through these unknown waters. Keep them safe with Your life preservers and good favor shining upon them. Keep their eyes on You instead of looking down in the depths. Strengthen them with Your strength for when we are weak You are strong. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen

Heavenly Father,
I continue to lift up to You for Your blessing Mumsee’s request for Troy and Jodi. You know the possibilities for their relationship when You are included in their plans for renewal. Help them to day by day grow stronger in their love for each other and for You. May their love grow to such an extent that people will be surprised by the lovely changes they see and recognize it is a miracle from God’s hand. May they become a good example to others in their community of what a difference it makes to get right with God and follow his prescriptions in the Bible for how a spouse is suppose to be loved and respected. Thank You again, Lord, for the ways You are working inwardly to transform these two hearts and make them beat as one.
Please bless those in the military, Lord, for many are disheartened. They joined under a certain set of rules and conditions and our government leaders who often have never served themselves keep changing the rules seemingly to downgrade the safety and effectiveness of our military. O Lord, I cry out to You to help those who are contemplating suicide as the only way out of their obligation. Some are afraid this very moment of what might happen should they be captured by the enemy. Our nation has not been coming to the defense of those who find themselves in trouble such as what happened at Benghazi. Lord, You see it all and are fully aware of who is trying to weaken our military. Thank You for all those who served in the past and were allowed to serve under better conditions. I know they must shudder in thinking about all the negative changes and conditions under which the young must serve these days. I pray for those who are Christian and are serving in whatever capacity that they might be a beacon of light for the others. Keep them strong in their faith. Give them resources to encourage them. Please help all the chaplains who have a tough time of it now because Christianity is being marginalized. O Lord, You do see it all. Do not neglect these dear brothers and sisters who are putting their lives on the line in far-away duty stations. Please supply their needs. Please keep them safe from any weapons or biological agents that the enemy may try to use against them. And help those who are in the beginning stages of PTSD to pull out of that. Thank You Lord, for being atuned to my prayers this day. May You be glorified, praised and thanked in a deserving way for all You do this day. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Little Aubree is under anaesthesia now as they do an MRI. Concerns about a cyst, a tumor, or a congenital defect in this precious 10 month old. Please pray the doctors have some conclusions and hope for the family. And pray for the parents as they walk this difficult road.
Aubree, of course, is a happy doll.
