  14. Not that I’m a fan of Talarico by any stretch of the imagination, but…

    If that recorded phone call is what it claims to be, that employee has probably been fired by now, because disclosing such information is illegal under HIPAA law. I can believe it’s possible for a healthcare facility employee to be that stupid, but it’s easier to believe the call was faked.
