    They were mapping in real time

    1. President Trump’s contacts with his legal defense team, identifying which lawyers called at what time of day.

    2. Journalists. My calls as a reporter for Just the News were flagged. So were the New York Times and ABC News.

    3. Campaign activity, including his political action committee and the Trump team’s social media and endorsements.

    Endorsements, money, social media, legal contacts, all protected by the Constitution, but maybe not protected by Jack Smith and his team.”

    “I have covered this extensively but worth repeating given today’s document dump.

    As this document shows—as late as the end of May 2023, Smith was continuing to conduct the classified documents investigation in Washington rather than the proper jurisdiction of southern Florida, where the alleged crimes were committed.

    And we know why. Smith would NEVER have gotten away with this in southern Florida. Not a chance, for example, a federal judge would have pierced attorney-client privilege by citing the crime fraud exception in the documents case—as the equally corrupt Chief Judge Beryl Howell did in early 2023.

    Smith switched venues at the last minute to bring the first documents on June 8, 2023. He reportedly read grand jury transcripts to a FLA grand jury to secure the indictment.

    Dirty, dirty.

    Judge Cannon repeatedly pressed Smith’s prosecutors as to why the investigation was conducted in DC rather than FLA. They claimed it was easier because all the witnesses lived in DC.

    She even suggested at one point that Trump’s team had a solid abuse of grand jury case against Smith.

    This to me has always stood out as the biggest example of Smith’s unchecked and destructive power.”
