Good morning! That picture makes me feel happy. Our weather will be way too hot, as it will for many of you. We also have some smoke, but not as bad as it has been. I know some will have way too much rain etc. Prayers you will all be well today.

I thought I would lose my mind picking up youngest daughter at DIA yesterday. Four trips back to the terminal trying to find her. First two she was waiting on the wrong level. Third i was forced into short term parking by an aggressive driver. Fourth attempt was successful! I truly dislike that airport But thank the Lord we are safely home!
Good morning. This week is going by fast here at home (for a change of scenery). I am trying to catch up. I have done loads of laundry including some things for donation. It is a good time to reevaluate which clothes and shoes I need to keep.
I have a mosquito bite. It is the first this year.
I think ragweed is blooming. My nose is a little drippy and stuffy but it does not seem to be a cold.
Wow! That is a lot of rain. We have very few mosquitoes so far this summer. It has been too dry to have many. We should get some tonight. I had to water the gardens this evening. We could have gone to listen to some music, but we decided it was just too hot and humid to sit outside. We already had the usual jam, but that is indoors in air conditioning.
We did walk down the road a bit to check out some blueberry bushes. Sadly, we only found about a dozen small berries.

I also have a drippy nose!! I am covered with mosquito bites, then I scratch and on and on.

It’s milder here, after a day of torrential downpours yesterday. Like 3 inches of rain here, 5 inches nearby.

rain, what is rain? we haven’t seen rain here in quite a while. I guess I saw a few drops in Tahoe, but here, none.
But my dogwood that I’ve been watering daily is getting some new leaves. so grateful as it was dying
