after eleven hours of travel I made it to family in Portland. I kept going as it was still light and light traffic. I knew the morning would be far worse
It was good to see the updates from Kare and Cheryl late on yesterday’s thread. We have plenty to keep in prayer!
We are having a rough day in rehab. We will have to soon make some hard decisions.
When Art was trying to get home yesterday, a tractor trailer transporting a full load of cars was on fire, the whole lot of them. It shut down the expressway. We were very late getting to rehab.
I just made a cup of tea with hibiscus and chamomile tea bags. It is a great combo. Hibiscus for blood pressure and chamomile for calming and allergies. I feel better already.
Funny that chamomile is good for allergies. I always heard it was bad for hay fever sufferers. Yikes, Janice about the cars. Do they know what caused that?
Kathaleena, I have heard differing things about chamomile. For one, people with ragweed allergies should not use it. But then, maybe it has just enough of the allergen to

act like an allergy shot to bring on immunity. It helps my allergies and acts a bit diruetic. It has helped my fried and her husband, too.
