  1. Trying to figure out Word press and the seemingly new order of doing things! Again my post went proof but after that they signed me in!

A nice spring day here complete with more pine pollen even with the washing of the trees yesterday during that thunderstorm!

Praying everyone finds joy and a touch of laughter today as we journey on the road our Lord has set before us. A Merry heart doeth good like a medicine…even if in the very smallest of ways. I bought some sort of yellow flowering plant yesterday because it brought a smile. His creation is quite wonderful…💐

  2. Good afternoon. It has been a day to run around taking care of some things for Bro like paying someone to mow the lawn, getting mail, etc. Still have to go by the hospital. We also cleared out a lot of the dry food cracker and cereal boxes and such to donate to the church food pantry.

Yesterday one of my Bible study friends wrote what I thought said, “The cat got in my pants and I had to wash him off.” It really said paints since she is an artist. That was a good laugh for me yesterday.

  3. Janice, your comment reminds me of conversations with my husband sometimes. The miscommunication with his deafness (of some decibels) makes for some interesting conversations. Honestly, it could be great material for a comedian.

  4. I have figured out to type just a few words then I can log in… although when I do my words go away! Starting over again!

It is Sunday and the last day of May! Time is a flying!!!

We went to church and the wind in town was blowing!!! I often wonder why I even bother to curl my hair!!

Since losing one hearing aid during the age of COVID masks I decided to go without. Husband and I have had the most comical conversations. I can get by for the most part but some people speak so softly I usually just smile at them if I don’t quite understand what they are saying! And I do often read things too quickly resulting in misreading a critical word …much like pants and paint Janice!!! 😂

I call Mom every Sunday and two weekdays. She was enjoying a beautiful day sitting on her porch. Her caregiver had helped her out to the rocker. Thankful she has been blessed to stay in the home with caring helpers. My baby sister has blessed us in organizing her care.

  5. Husband and I went to the hospital and I left instructions and some prep done for son to prepare our salmon for dinner. It was so nice to have that done when we got home. I had already made brocolli and cauliflower.

Son is practicing guitar. He never wants to do that at his apartment. I think he is too much not wanting to offend anyone with noise from his apartment.

He has continued to have some illness and decided to give in and take the prescribed antibiotic he’d hoped to avoid. I may have a sinus infection myself. I hope to wear it down with continued doses of garlic several times a day.
