The top two in the runoff for Governor of Georgia were always known to carry a heavy lead from the start. Raffensberger was never seen as a serious contender. I did like his ads best of all, but never would have voted for him.

A new unredacted autopsy report obtained by the pro-life groups Operation Rescue and Life Legal Defense Foundation, confirms 18-year-old Lexi Arguello died from complications of a second-trimester abortion at a Colorado Planned Parenthood. The county coroner pushed to keep information regarding the abortion redacted from the report, citing “Colorado’s strong public policy in favor of protecting reproductive healthcare [sic]” and arguing that women might be dissuaded from seeking abortions, but was ordered by a judge to release the public records in accordance with the law.
The Larimer County coroner/medical examiner report states that Arguello “died of complications of surgical pregnancy termination, including disseminated intravascular coagulation,” or abnormal blood clotting that can be life-threatening, with “probable amniotic fluid embolism, refractory shock, and multiorgan failure” as “significant contributing conditions.” Arguello was nearly 22 weeks pregnant and underwent a D&E dismemberment abortion at Planned Parenthood in Fort Collins. In the recovery room she developed low blood pressure and a rapid heartbeat.

According to Lexi’s grandparents instead of calling for an ambulance immediately, Fort Collins Planned Parenthood admitted they waited too long to call for help and they specifically requested no sirens on the ride to the hospital.
Despite receiving a blood transfusion, on February 6, 2025, Arguello died at the hospital.
