Good morning. Oh, it has been cold here. We are finally getting into normal temperatures, it would seem.
Have any of you watched “American Idol?” I found it an interesting season, because there were so many singers who did gospel/praise songs. The winner surprised me because of the genre she came from (although it is one of my favorites) and her more down-home persona. There were so many contestants that were amazingly talented.
First they were quarantined in Omaha and now they are at Emory.
More tests are being run on my brother. Glad he is in a safer place than where he was. I had to go back to the unsafe place and turn in a grievance today. I have learned to be brave, walk by faith and not by sight, and face conflict with a sincere smile and the love of Jesus toward those who may view me as a hated enemy. God knows how to grow us through trials and tribulations.
We early voted today. I voted for most of the state government offices, but left all the questions blank as they are hard for me to read and I’d not had a chance to really study them beforehand.
It has been a Warmish day here. I thought I had no plans until I received a text from friend saying she was looking forward to seeing me and another friend at 11! I had forgotten we did a reschedule from last week’s snow event! Seven hours we spent at her home catching up with every aspect of life! Oh so thankful for these dear friends.

Yes, it was surprisingly chilly here this morning, 44 degrees at 6am.
It’s well into the 50s now, and headed to the 60s.
Grocery shopping is done, salmon for dinner tonight.

Once again, we live a hop, skip, and jump from where the deadly virus carriers have arrived

I am cooking salmon for dinner with lima beans and who knows what else. The first meal I have cooked in over a month!
