It looks like a sun shiny beautiful day here. Yesterday we were in a building with huge windows overlooking Lake Superior. The sunshine through the windows felt great. When we stepped out into the parking garage the sharpness of the actual temperature was a shock to the system. I suppose there is a metaphor in that somewhere and/or a spiritual lesson.
56 degrees and sun shine. A few patches of snow remain under the pines. Our youngest child turned 32 today. We will be taking her out for dinner 😁 I pray her birth mom knows what a blessing she gave to us all those many years ago. I pray she is comforted by the Lord as she may be reflecting upon this day in her life.
It has been a warming day here today. We went to church then home and naps this afternoon! An all around restful day.
We will see rain turning to snow tomorrow night and they predict six inches of new snow through Wednesday. Of course I had two meet ups Tuesday and Wednesday but those are going to be rearranged…no fun driving on icy slush on these hills!

We had a guest preacher. He is someone I know and has preached for us before. He did a wonderful message on Hagar naming God as the ‘God who sees’.
