“BREAKING: The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an injunction blocking enforcement of California’s new law that requires ICE agents to unmask and wear visible ID, arguing it violates the Supremacy Clause because it “attempts to directly regulate the United States in its performance ofgovernmental functions.”

California is enjoined from enforcing the law, pending appeal. Big win for the Trump administration & U.S. DOJ.”

And a big win for America.

“THREAD: How the Charlottesville rally and SPLC birthed an entire billion-dollar-plus “democracy” ecosystem

🚨11 federal counts. Wire fraud. Money laundering conspiracy. But here’s what the SPLC headlines are missing:

    • The indictment describes a paid informant in the leadership chat that PLANNED Unite the Right

    • That informant “helped coordinate transportation” to the rally… at SPLC’s direction

    • There is ONE publicly identified organizer whose documented role was transportation coordinator

    • His Discord posts about running over protesters were made 26 DAYS before Heather Heyer was killed by a car

    • The indictment says postings were made “under the supervision of the SPLC”

    • Charlottesville then became the founding event for a billion-dollar political machine

    • SPLC installed itself as that machine’s definitional gatekeeper”

“Listen to every word TPUSA’s @AndrewKolvet just said about the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Kolvet took a beat and made sure the entire network was ready for what he was about to expose:

“They put a HIT on Charlie, they put us on a TARGET list.”

KOLVET: “They cornered the market on monetizing hate but there is a supply and demand issue when it comes to hate.”

“So they had to gin up more, they had to manufacture more hate and when they run out of actual racist and KKK and Aryan Nation groups, guess what?”

“They turn to Turning Point USA.”

“And Jesse, I hope your audience realizes this and really internalizes this.”

“They put Turning Point USA on the hate map at the SPLC…in May of 2025.”

“Less than four months later, Charlie would be killed by an assassin who said; ‘Some hate can’t be negotiated out.’”

“They put a hit on Charlie, they put us on a target list.”

  4. “The same organization compiling lists of conservatives who should be debanked and censored, that put Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA on a list alongside the KKK, was literally funding the KKK, secretly trying its hardest to grow the racist threat it was pretending was ubiquitous.

The demand for White Supremacy had so outstripped the supply that the SPLC was allegedly funding racist leaders, supervising racist posts, coordinating racist turnout.

“Under Biden, the cost of educating illegals reached ~$80B/year — a massive burden on American citizens.

Thanks to President Trump’s strong immigration policies, migrant school enrollment is plummeting — freeing up resources for American students and families.

    🧵THREAD:”

Several states spent billions in addition, to keep up with the explosion of illegal children the Biden admin dumped in their states.

  6. AJ — I’m not sure you read my comment from yesrterday

My first paragraph outlines the political motivation and the history behind similar attempts elsewhere

My second paragraph looks at the personal motivations behind Blanche and Patel; and their failure with the Epstein files

My third paragraph says its plausible for the SPLC to have done what is being charged. I’m not denying they may have done it – – we will see what happens in court.

I am amused at the right wing anger over the comments in the group chat when at about the same time there were Republican politicians who were attempting to remove legal liability for hitting protesters with your car.

Your X link is a thread and without an X account I can’t read it.

I’ve read elsewhere that the paid informants were paid to infiltrate various hate groups to report back to the SPLC for various reasons — reports, legal actions, etc. A plausible explanation but this type of work is usually done by law enforcement or perhaps a journalist. Again we’ll see what comes out at court. If you read my first paragraph yesterday, you realise I see this a as political and thus the social media tidbits that are fed and then amplified are designed not to inform but to create anger to back a political campaign. Thus I’m cautious.

  7. I didn’t think the California attempt to unmask ICE would get anywhere — states can’t regulate federal agencies. (And as an aside, the federal gov’t can’t regulate elections , jurisdictions is a simple thing for courts to rule on)

The Virginia judge is the same judge who tried to block the referendum. He was overturned by a higher court. I suspect the same will happen again. Of course, the gerrymandering would never have started if Trump hadn’t called Texas….. At least California and Virginia had referendums …. I do wonder in all this gerrymandering if the designers will “crack” the vote too much. With the higher number of independents (and perhaps newly registered voters ie youth), some supposed safe seats will flip.

Kirk was allegedly killed by a follower of Fuetes’s Groyper Army. I say allegedly because it hasn’t been proven and Patel completely botched the investigation. In any case, its an absolute stretch to blame the SPLC — the Groyper Army had been following and harassing Kirk for years for not being far right enough.

  8. “Kudos to the New York Post for being the only major outlet to get this right. The SPLC were paying the leaders. By definition, leaders cannot be informants. They run the operation. It is like paying the leader of Auschwitz to inform on who is carrying out the gassings instead of paying him to stop the gassings. It is perhaps the most grotesque, cynical, and pernicious racket ever devised. Of course, plenty of groups extract money from taxpayers and well-meaning donors off problems they inflate, but this is far worse because it breeds real hatred and manufactures racial division to keep the grift alive.”

“We keep hearing about what we Americans owe foreigners who come here. Well, my new @townhallcom column asks the quest that really matters…

    What Do Immigrants Owe Us?”

    https://townhall.com/columnists/kurtschlichter/2026/04/23/what-do-immigrants-owe-us-n2674773

    “What do immigrants owe us?

Because we don’t owe them anything. Nothing. The terrible conditions of their trash homelands are not the fault of America or Americans. It is the fault of the people who lived there, their people, not ours. And yes, I know about colonialism. We didn’t colonize most of the places these people are coming from, but even if we did, let’s be honest here. Colonization is the best thing that has happened to most of the world. Without colonization, most of them would still be living in huts, curing diseases by waving smoking twigs over the sick, and occasionally dining on one another. All you have to do to lose respect for most of the world is go there, which is why most of the people there want to go here.”

  10. We gotta move….no one would buy my house…maybe a socialist?

The decision in Colorado to charge an immigration officer with assault after a protester was grabbed by the neck could test the boundaries of immunity for federal agents.

The dems and media just want you to think it will.

They have no say, just like Cali is finding out. So they bluster and rage, and pretend otherwise.
