  1. And the #USELESSGOP won’t do a damned thing about it.

“According to newly released documents by Sen Grassley office, it appears Special Counsel Jack Smith conferred with both DC Chief Judges Beryl Howell and James Boasberg as to their legal strategy in targeting the president and his associates.

This relates to a Jan 2023 briefing with AG Garland:”

  2. “DOJ meeting with Judge Howell Notes:

“She liked our approach of pursuing the executive privilege litigation in an omnibus fashion,”

“She knows it’s coming and loves the idea.”

Just the FBI and DOJ conspiring with Judges on how to make legal arguments to charge Trump more palatable and get around executive privilege? Am I reading this right?”

  3. Facts.

And he’s not the only one they did this Dem opposition research type ops on.

“The subpoena released this morning by Chuck Grassley in connection with the fraudulent Arctic Frost investigation is absolutely staggering. It didn’t just ask for Kash Patel’s phone records, it asked for everything he did from 2020 to 2023.

Just to name a few, they requested all usernames and screen names, every address and email, complete billing and payment details including credit card and bank account numbers, every device ID, and a full log of every call, text, and voicemail showing who was contacted, when, and for how long. They also obtained all internet session data, including the exact IP addresses.

So this wasn’t just about who Kash called. It was basically a complete view of his entire life, mapping his daily routines, travel, relationships, finances, and even tracking the specific hardware he used. In short, they got a full digital shadow of his life.

To have come through all of this without so much as a scratch tells you just how clean he is.”

  4. The “Trump is lying!” fake news they published yesterday has already been debunked I see…

“BREAKING: CNN just confirmed that their own reporting is absolute HORSE#@&% after they spent nearly the entire day yesterday accusing Trump of lying about Iran talks.

“We’re now learning from a senior Iranian source that there has been an outreach between the U.S. and Iran.””

  5. This wouldn’t surprise me at all.

    Thune is an embarrassment.

“SAVE ACT: Rumor has it Leader Thune has a deal that allows Senators to go on their 14-day paid vacation. It would restore funding for the TSA in exchange for stripping out ICE enforcement funding from the DHS bill. The deal kills the Save America Act and gives states money if they implement voter ID but removes any requirement to check that voters are citizens. The good news is that their vacation has been saved.”

  6. The comments online about ICE at the airport is all over the map — ICE came and the lines disappeared, the lines disappeared but there is no ICE, TSA is a bourgois issue the poor ride greyhound, ICE are standing around doing nothing wasting tax money, lineups are worse, etc. Proving most of this is anecdotal subject to individuals employed and different airports. Others are concerned that this is yet another intrusion into American life by a paramilitary force, the voting booth is seen as the next target.

  7. To be fair to CNN and other media; there have been very confusing and contradictory messages released by both the US and Iran. Trump admin social media seems to be trying to manipulate the futures and put markets, rather than be straight forward. Yesterday, Iran social media did say they were not talking but today it appears Pakistan has established itself as an intermediary with JD Vance. Iran also appears to enjoy trolling the western media with some comic relief. Not to mention, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States are also sending contradictory messages. It’s a mess or the fog of war. And people want instant markets and thus mistakes are made.

    The following article demonstrates how confusing the state of negotiations are;
