  1. Happy Valentines Day! Beautiful flowers up there!

We had rain and snow last night complete with lightning and thunder. Snow is melting into the soil and we are thankful for any and all moisture.

Last minute prep for guests arriving this afternoon expecting our Lord to meet each and every need..,and praying for hearts to be touched by His Holy Spirit …

  2. Good and Happy Valentine’s Day to all. Such cheerful flowers to greet us. Thank you, AJ!

May you have a blessed visit with the group, NJ. Yes, and that group includes the Holy Spirit indwelling you and your dearest.

RKessler, to hear of a hospital discharge is sweet melody to me. I think we are not near that yet, and Bro is going on day 17. As AJ remembers, it gets mighty wearisome. But what all AJ came out of brings me hope. Prayers do get taken into God’s heart and worked on for the best outcome over time.

I found out that when Bro worked as a veterinary assistant in high school that he fainted during the first surgery he was in on. Oh, the many things we learn when we spend hours on the phone chatting and passing time.

  3. Those are such long times to be in the hospital, not to even mention all that is done. Prayers for healing.

Those flowers are so beautiful to see. Perfect for Valentine’s Day.

I will be catching up on laundry and doing some cleaning. Our middle daughter is on her way up. She will go see her sister before coming all the way here. Her husband had just driven their son to his new base, which took many hours. They are already more than half-way as they like to drive at night. It makes me tired to even think about that.

  4. I can see some advantages of driving at night, but there are disadvantages, too. I always liked leaving real early, around 5 a.m. while it was still dark and few were on the road to allow us to get out of Atlanta before the masses were out. I also loved seeing sinrise as we traveled. We have not done that since son was in TX.

Thankful you have several in your family, Kathaleena, to do tag team at the hospital. It is a beautiful part of family life to support each other like that during such times. I am enjoying hearing about the care team for my brother. Many are kind and some very sweet. That encourages me from a distance.
