  1. chilly this morning but we will be in the 60s later. I wear a long sleeve shirt with a vest. I live in this vest all winter long. I have a light sweat shirt that I add underneath and a coat for over. The vest is gray and goes with everything so I even wear it to church

  2. We are 18 degrees now, with a wind. I went out and shoveled off the decks and sidewalks. It was refreshing to be out and if I were a child I would be out playing in that snow. It is fluffy, though, so no snowmen or snow forts could be built. They could hollow out a spot.

I dislike vests. I get too warm in my core, not my arms. I do use sweaters or suit type jackets, too. It just depends where I will be.

  3. I bought a nice tan suit like jacket this year but have not worn it yet. I thought I’d like it , but have not worn that style for a while so it is hard for me to feel comfortable in it. What do you wear with that, Kathaleena? I’m thinking a turtleneck is best?

  4. Friday! Cold 11 degree’s this morning. Spent the entire day with a dearest friend. I introduced her to the shoppes in Elizabeth treated her to lunch at the only restaurant in town and ended our adventure in Elbert at another friend’s shoppe! Such a blessed day!❣️

  5. Janice, I have a couple of light quilted jackets, too, that I will wear with three quarter sleeve tee shirts. I seldom wear a turtleneck. I wear way too many flannel shirts at this time of year actually. I am more likely to wear a shirt or blouse under a sweater or sweatshirt than a turtleneck.

  6. I had thought of a flannel shirt with the jacket, but this jacket looks more like business attire than I thought it would (ordered from Amazon), and somehow it seems like a flannel shirt looks too casual with it. Probably, I have a warped sense of what looks right after all those years working in a business environment.
