We have 66° here at 11:20 and we are under cloud cover.
Kitty Pumpkin visited again yesterday. I gave it some rotisserie chicken from Publix. After its meal, I put a towel in my lap and let it have some time relaxing. I finally had to get up and go back inside.
I think I will fix a box with a down jacket in it for a warming station in the carport. In really cold weather I may put a heating pad out there. We just are not physically able to fully take on the total upkeep of an indoor cat. I just wish I knew where it typically stays when not here.
Friday?! It is currently 21 degrees and we have six+ inches of wet heavy snow on the ground…it’s winter!! Snowing lightly still but soon will move on out of here. The Springs and further south and east saw well over 14 inches of frozen delight…they’re not so delighted however. Makes it difficult to get to work but all government and schools have been closed.
Rk I can just imagine your house smelling wonderful with a roast in the oven…always reminds me of my MIL’s house after church…such a welcoming come on in and sit a while feeling!
Janice that little Pumpkin has adopted you…is her ear clipped? Perhaps just a feral cat who happens to be a tad bit domesticated? She sure is a cute one!

My brother got to meet Pumpkin today. I guess he can tolerate this cat since it is outdoors.
