It is difficult to believe that we should be in the upper 70’s again by the weekend. That’s the weather for you. The colder weather reminds me of all the chores I need to get finished before winter.
It feels like early fall here, cool enough in the mornings to wear a long-sleeved shirt and only into the 70s (not the 90s like most of the summer) during the day.
so my chiropractor must be on vacation so it is two weeks until I can get an appointment. My neck started spasming yesterday when I was in Trader Joe’s and I quickly grabbed a bag of peas out of my cart. My friend drove us all the way home. But today I am still using a hot pad on my neck.
Good morning from what seems like fall in Atlanta!
Still lifting in prayer those hurt, traumatized, and devastated by that shooting.

I’d take this mild weather all summer instead of the high hat and humidity.

Praying that God will cause that spasm to settle down on its own.
