We continue to have drenching rains here. As soon as one puddle clears in the driveway, another one forms.
Our county libraries no longer charge overdue fines (since 2022, so I am late to find that out). Instead, if you go 28 days past your due date, they put lost book charges on your account. That encouraged me to take my books to the library when we voted!
Beautiful day. Late call last night that painters would like to paint the living room… this morning! Mad dash to clear the room and they are here. Need more ☕️ coffee
