It paints quite a different picture when you understand that the phrase often translated as “boys” in this story is used elsewhere to describe Hadad the Edomite and Solomon as a young adult. These weren’t little brats making fun of a bald man. They were grown idolaters mocking the LORD’s prophet.
Good late afternoon. I had an eye exam today so dilation has slowly been wearing off. Nothing seems to have changed with my eyes so I will take that as good news.
The weather has been cooler and very breezy after that storm we had.
