Good morning! It is a chilly (for us, at least) start of the day with light rain and 61°.
I am in an online Bible study conference. The overall theme is about the big ‘C’ callings of Christians, which are universal to all Christians, and the little ‘c’ callings specific to individual Christians. I had never thought of it in that sense, but it goes along with my desire to study and know the commands of Christ.
When I mentioned an old camera yesterday, I was talking decades old. My cell phone is far better than any camera I have had. I do have an actual camera but seldom use it. I have never studied and practiced on it to get really good pictures. The pictures I got were fine for me, however. The things we can do with cell phones are amazing.
It is a beautiful, sunny day here. I heard someone had their first hummingbird for the season, so we will have to put out the feeder.
Kathaleena, we heard our first hummingbird about three weeks ago and immediately got the feeder up. He got right on it. The rest of the arrivals have been pouring in the last few days. An amazing migration and display of God’s creativity and wisdom and joy in intricate beauty.
Is it trending to use the term Discipleship group instead of Bible Study group? In my current church it seems to be the new ‘proper’ and only acceptable name for such groups.

Our bottlebrush tree is bursting with red. Haven’t seen any hummingbirds so far in it, which is really odd. Hmmm . . . .
