  1. Facts.

“@StephenM opened by absolutely ripping into SCOTUS for its 7–2 ruling that blocked the deportation of violent Venezuelan gang members tied to Tren de Aragua—an organization he said operates under orders from Maduro’s regime

“You have in this case, illegal aliens from Venezuela,” he said.

“Sent here by Maduro, who are members of a foreign terrorist organization… carrying out criminal enterprises to destabilize the political system in United States.”

“They’re all illegal. They’re all gang members. They’re all foreign terrorists.”

    But instead of being expelled?

“We are being told they cannot be expelled from our country without an extraordinary amount of individualized adjudication, at the district court, circuit court, Supreme Court—up and down, up and down, up and down.”

    Then came the gut punch:

“No American citizen receives this level of so-called due process—because it isn’t due process. This is called infinity process to keep you here forever.”

“That’s when Miller laid into the double standard—how foreign criminals get luxury treatment, and American citizens get steamrolled.

“No American citizen charged with a crime—with a serious crime inside the United States, a U.S.-born American citizen—receives this kind of process. Millions of dollars in free legal services. Representation at every single level.

”And if you think the courts treated J6 defendants the same?

“Do you think that there is any American citizen who was persecuted, who was innocent, related to January 6th—do you think they could just get this kind of relief? This kind of process? It was NEVER available to them.”

    He didn’t stop there.

“How many pressing constitutional issues have been swept aside that American CITIZENS need resolve—who are being persecuted by left wing mayors, left wing governors, left wing bureaucrats, who actually need relief,” Miller said.

    How many? This is unfathomable.

“How many of their concerns have been swept aside? So our entire judicial system can spend hour after hour, week after week, month after month, scrutinizing every single last detail of a deportation of an invader sent here by a foreign government!””

  2. This “well what about the citizens expelled” is a red herring. Single digits at best, yet we’re told we must hold up deporting millions of illegal invaders because, well, you know, bleeding hearts.

“NEW: Here is a copy of the sworn statement signed by Jose Hermosillo. During questioning, which was done in Spanish, Hermosillo stated he:

    -Was born in Mexico

    -Was not a U.S. citizen

-Crossed the border illegally via the desert

    -Wanted work

    -Was in the U.S. illegally”

“The whole situation is very odd, but it appears Border Patrol operated off he was in the country illegally because Hermosillo stated as such at the beginning of his arrest.”

“For anyone following the Jose Hermosillo “innocent citizen meanly abducted by CBP” case:

There was a 19-year old Jose Hermosillo of ABQ who had a bond hearing exactly two weeks ago. If it’s the same guy, maybe the conditions of that bond explain why he wasn’t talking?”

  3. Do it, since the #USELESSGOP won’t do their jobs, or anything really, except fundraise.

“I think this is the political plan of these judges:

    1. Slow down deportations as much as possible. Gunk up the machine with as many extraneous filings appeals as possible. The more time passes, the more people will get “used” to living with 20M+ illegals and support from Trump’s base will soften.

    2. Force Trump to take extreme measures. They know deporting illegals is an 80-20 winner for Trump, but if Trump has to suspend the writ of habeas, Americans will be more divided on that (maybe 60-40 in support). In the end, these Leftist judges don’t care about the constitution. They are simply agents of the Marxist movement to weaken and destroy America from within.

I only see 2 viable paths for Trump and time is of the essence:

    1. Judicial impeachments – can Congress do literally anything?!

    2. Take the political gamble and suspend the writ. Trump has a massive independent media machine that he didn’t have in 2020 and certainly not in 2017.”

  4. Huh, looks like Trump was right again.

“REPORT: China’s retaliation against President Trump’s tariffs just blew up in their face.

    https://x.com/VigilantFox/status/1914492069294354779?t=6Uyxb-zf7du8_l1Lz5Io-Q&s=19

After grounding dozens of Boeing planes, Beijing thought it had the upper hand, but now that move is backfiring—badly.

Chinese factories are collapsing under the weight of economic uncertainty, and insiders say more than half could shut down this year.

One supplier admitted, “I nearly passed out” after a major U.S. client suspended all orders.

And it’s not just the tariffs.

Zero Hedge reports China is spiraling—deflation, unpaid wages, and collapsing property giants—all while the CCP scrambles to hide the damage from the world.

Trump’s critics call it reckless. But what the unpredictability of Trump is working miracles—keeping China guessing at every turn?

@Zeee_Media breaks it all down—plus why China may be out of options—in our latest report”

  5. Well look at that. Turns out the people who were benefitting from the USAID scam were giving most of the kickbacks to Democrats. As were the groups helping enable Biden’s invasion.

“This is pretty wild. After looking at all political donations they found practically all of them were going to the left:

    – State Department 94% went to the Left

    – USAID 98%

    – National Endowment for Democracy 95%

    – International NGOs 95-98%

    – Catholic Relief Services 90%”

  6. I am perfectly happy with allowing the President and Supreme Court fighting out the balance of power. It is a wonderful thing in our system of government.

I have heard it would take 28 yrs. or so for due process for all the illegal immigrants who have come in under Biden. I wonder if an army invaded if some would think each soldier should have due process? That somewhat what is happening. Many of these who came in are here to destroy our country. Many also have fled their homelands for a variety of reasons. Wanting to make a better living is not a reason for asylum, according to law. I don’t blame anyone for wanting to be here. I certainly want those who are fleeing for their lives because they are Christians to be able to claim asylum. However, for countries emptying their prisons etc. and sending them here, that is another thing. Somehow our government has to deal with the mess we now have. It is a difficult and complicated thing to do. Neither protecting everyone nor deporting everyone is going to work. I pray it is worked out for the best for everyone. Also, for protecting the citizens of our country, which is a major role of our federal government.

We poor humans are so susceptible to sin. I am glad our Founding Fathers recognized that and gave us a government with checks and balances.

  7. “If you were an American falsely accused of wrongdoing on January 6th it wasn’t merely difficult to get “due process,” it was impossible. The entire system was rigged against you. All of it.

Those persecuted Americans could only dream of the “due process” afforded illegal aliens.”

“Illegals indisputably are getting better treatment from the courts—and by some of the same judges—than J6ers. Boasberg and company didn’t flinch when they forced Trump supporters to go before all Dem DC juries even after the 2024 election. Not a single change of venue motion was granted by a DC judge. Biden DOJ had a 100% conviction rate before DC jurors. Judges signed off on unlawful use of post Enron obstruction statute they knew DOJ had weaponized against political protesters. Convictions of American citizens for first time on seditious conspiracy charges. Pretrial detention for nonviolent first time “offenders.” Excessive sentences including unlawful enhancement and split sentences for misdemeanants. Special jail in DC to hold Trump supporters.

Zero complaints by media, Dem, and NeverTrump Republicans about unfair treatment and “due process.””

“Republicans could literally go to work tomorrow and codify every single Trump Executive order, some election laws and strip the DC courts of jurisdiction while democrats are sipping margaritas in El Salvador and having their cry sessions over their MS-13, wife beating trafficker.

Oh, and they can introduce the bill to restore the Smith-Mundst Act or just get the Senate to do it.

But will they? Nope. They don’t fight for America first. “

“JD Vance just announced that America and India have officially finalized terms of reference for trade negotiations

Looking at India’s economic forecast report, this is a game-changer for America.

With India’s 1.4 BILLION people and $3.4T economy, we’re talking $130–180B in US exports, 500K–1M new jobs… damn.

From $1–2B in agriculture to $10–20B in defense, this deal will tap directly into India’s massive market and directly counters China’s influence.

THIS is exactly what I voted for..”

  10. But… but…. muh narrative…

“Chevron CEO issues stunning blow to Democratic narrative we’re in a “Trumpcession”

“There’s no signs that we see at this point we’re in, or close to, a recession.”

    —-

“The economy’s strength under Trump’s leadership is undeniable. While Biden’s team peddles fear, real data—record-low unemployment, surging consumer spending, and historic foreign investments like the UAE’s $1.4 trillion influx—prove America is thriving.

The “Trumpcession” narrative is pure fiction from bureaucrats terrified of losing their grip on failed policies. When CEOs and hardworking Americans agree the economy’s roaring, it’s time for D.C. to stop lying and start cutting waste.”

Might help if the media would stop lying and gaslighting about it too, but I suppose that’s asking too much of those fraudsters.

  11. it’s not just Israel. Seems to me the US is looked at by the rest of the world as a Sugar Daddy. Do other countries come to our aid in the event of a natural disaster?…hurricanes floods fires… no. But we are to give me your tired and poor … and criminals. And we will send billions to you to fight a war and make all your corrupt government officials really rich!!! Nj
