I am perfectly happy with allowing the President and Supreme Court fighting out the balance of power. It is a wonderful thing in our system of government.
I have heard it would take 28 yrs. or so for due process for all the illegal immigrants who have come in under Biden. I wonder if an army invaded if some would think each soldier should have due process? That somewhat what is happening. Many of these who came in are here to destroy our country. Many also have fled their homelands for a variety of reasons. Wanting to make a better living is not a reason for asylum, according to law. I don’t blame anyone for wanting to be here. I certainly want those who are fleeing for their lives because they are Christians to be able to claim asylum.
