  1. Min was arrested in Sacramento for drunk drivingin 2023.He had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit and did not have his headlights on when he was pulled over for driving through a red light. Min pleaded no contest, and was sentenced to three years informal probation

Democrats often sound condescending and presumptuous while hurling indefensible insults.

Fortunately, at least one talented young staffer in President Donald Trump’s administration knows how to deal with her misguided detractors.

On Saturday, 27-year-old White House press secretary Karoline Leavit  fired back at Democratic Rep. Dave Min of California, who called her a “fake Christian” last month on the social media platform X.

“Last week, we reported that the CIA and a USAID-run front group, OCCRP, were behind Trump’s 2019 impeachment. Now, a new investigation finds that USAID’s OCCRP drove the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. Blockbuster new investigation led by @galexybrane”

“OCCRP’s Work is Not Political,” said the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project last week, apparently in response to our story about its involvement in the 2019 impeachment of President Donald Trump. “OCCRP has recently become the target of a conspiracy theory suggesting that we worked with one of our donors, USAID, to undermine President Donald Trump during his first administration. This is simply untrue, and it’s not how OCCRP operates.”

But the allegations in our report, that USAID effectively created and oversees OCCRP, are true. Senior managers at USAID and the co-founder of OCCRP confirmed that USAID must sign off on the hiring of key OCCRP personnel and its annual work plan. OCCRP created a central piece of evidence in a CIA analyst’s whistleblower complaint that resulted in the House of Representatives voting to impeach President Donald Trump in December 2019. OCCRP admits all of this in its response: “Here are the facts: One of our storieswas cited in a 2019 whistleblower complaint filed against President Donald Trump. The complaint then sparked his first impeachment.”OCCRP defended itself against accusations that it was part of a conspiracy. “That story, like all stories we do, was reported without our donors’ knowledge or input. OCCRP had no contact with the whistleblower, and was unaware of the complaint until after it was reported by U.S. domestic media.” In an email to Public, OCCRP’s Editor in Chief noted that OCCRP published an article about how Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, “had received millions from a reputed organized crime associate” as evidence that OCCRP has no political bias. But neither we nor any other media outlet claimed that OCCRP had the direct input of USAID for its story, nor that it had any contact with the whistleblower. It’s not clear that such communication would even be needed for USAID and OCCRP to participate in a scheme to develop evidence against Trump for a supposedly impeachable offense. As for OCCRP’s article about Hunter Biden’s business partner, it repeatedly stressed that Hunter Biden was not involved. “While the younger Biden had previously been involved with RSTP [Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners],” OCCRP wrote, “there is no evidence that he played a role in the mbloom [startup fund] deal.” OCCRP went on to say that it had confirmed Biden’s lack of involvement after reviewing “financial records.” It did not specify how it obtained those records. And despite the extensive evidence of influence peddling by the Bidens in countries routinely covered by OCCRP, including Ukraine, the organization does not appear to have thoroughly investigated them.OCCRP describes itself as a cost-effective arm of the US government’s anti-corruption efforts, writing that “our stories have helped return more than $11 billion to public coffers through seizures and fines” and that “OCCRP has brought in at least ten times more money to the U.S. government than it has received in grants.”But if it’s an arm of the US government, it’s one that was weaponized against Trump. A new investigation by Public shows that OCCRP played a significant role in developing the narrative that Trump and his associates had ties to Russian banking and Russian money laundering, as well as other undisclosed conflicts of interest with Russia.”

“NEW: In a sworn declaration to the court, Pete Marocco, who oversees USAID for the president, detailed instances of insubordination and defiance related to the president’s order to review all foreign aid and pause spending.

Marocco: “I made numerous requests for information about USAID’s operations, programs, and compliance with the president’s directives. I have consistently found USAID’s senior staff were unwilling or unable to provide basic compliance and oversight information.

For example, senior professionals in the finance, legal, and human capital groups were not able to identify who, when, and why dozens of specific multi-million dollar payments were approved or disbursed in the days following the President’s directives to pause most USAID disbursements and programs.

This lack of clear or timely information sharing caused grave concern about whether USAID was faithfully following the President’s and Secretary’s (Rubio) directives. Those concerns were amplified when…agency leadership became aware that a group of USAID employees were not complying with the President’s Executive Order and continued to permit new funding obligations paused by those directives.”

By Feb 1, the administration had placed 115 USAID officials on paid leave for “noncompliance” and “other acts of insubordination.” The plan was for all but roughly 600 of the 4,765 full time USAID employees to be placed on leave as Marocco and his team analyzed foreign projects. That was thwarted by Judge Nichols’ TRO. (Marocco also took a swipe at Nichols’ unsubstantiated claim that USAID employees “in Syria” faced imminent danger. “To the best of my knowledge, none of these employees were located in high-risk countries, such as Syria.” Perhaps Nichols would have learned that had he allowed the DOJ to respond to the lawsuit before issuing his TRO.)

Marocco also identified one USAID employee who defied the directive related to assistance funding for Gaza. “”One USAID employee who broke that chain of command, did not communicate with her immediate USAID supervisor, and attempted to obligate or authorize the expenditure of nearly half a billion dollars in assistance in a manner that was inconsistent with the president’s priorities.”

As we learn more, Judge Nichols’ hasty TRO makes even less sense. He has now placed defiant USAID employees back on the job with no oversight as they contradict direct orders by both the president and Secretary Rubio.

But Nichols claims that the employees are the ones being harmed? Truly shameful stuff. Even if he refuses to enter a preliminary injunction or enters a limited one, Nichols has allowed rogue USAID employees free rein for at least a week to do who knows what.”

  4. Tennessee preacher Dr. Steve Caudle recently sparked controversy by suggesting that violence may be necessary in response to Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), an initiative aimed at reducing government waste.

The Reverend, who leads the Greater Second Missionary Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, made these remarks during a sermon on Sunday, accusing Musk’s efforts of attempting to “take over the nation.”

Caudle stated, “sometimes violence is necessary,” citing Musk’s involvement with the U.S. Treasury and falsely claiming that Musk “threatens to steal” personal information from Americans. Expressing concern over a potential conflict, the preacher warned his congregation that the country might be on the verge of bloodshed.

Caudle further justified his position by quoting Matthew 11:12, implying that violence could be a necessary response to Musk’s actions: “the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.”

Caudle’s inflammatory rhetoric has garnered significant attention, especially as it seemingly advocates for violence in opposition to Musk’s efforts to expose government fraud and cut spending. In response, Musk took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment on the situation, writing, “They are afraid that their fraud will be discovered,” suggesting that critics of DOGE are concerned about its potential to expose financial misconduct.

  5. They should come after Denver next.

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced at a press conference on Wednesday evening that the Department of Justice is filing a lawsuit against the multiple Democrats in the state of New York for alleged actions they have taken to shield illegal aliens.

“We’re here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York,” Bondi announced at the start of her press conference. “We have filed charges against Kathy Hochul. We have filed charges against Leticia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV.”

“This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans,” she continued. “New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today.”

Bondi highlighted the danger posed by the millions of illegal aliens that have flooded into U.S. communities with the drugs and violence they bring.

Bondi struck a highly aggressive tone in delivering her remarks, warning that any state that does not comply with federal law will be “next.”
