  1. The USA votes against war, so the Deep State actually expands the war.

We are fighting the wrong war – the enemy is within our own country. The Deep State must be destroyed!

  2. They are apparently closing US and other NATO allies’ embassies in Kiev in preparation for an attack from Russia. At this point, I think Trump should consider pulling out of NATO when he takes office. If they want a nuclear war, let them have it over there. Russia has tactical nukes that are said to be quite practical on the battlefield. Europe has a lot more to lose than we do, and they should weigh their actions very carefully in light of the actions of a senile lame duck American President. I don’t think Trump was elected to put Europe first and I don’t think he will.

  3. I believe China/Russia are believed to be the saboteurs in the cut cables in the Baltic Sea. We probably should not have sanctioned the destruction of Russia’s Nordstream pipeline. Joining NATO this year was probably not a good idea for Sweeden.

LONDON — An initial investigation into possible sabotage has been launched by four NATO countries — Finland, Germany, Sweden and Lithuania — after two underwater telecommunications cables across the Baltic Sea were cut in two separate incidents in recent days, a European official told ABC News.

Sweden is leading the investigation, as both incidents occurred in the Swedish economic zone, a Swedish Ministry of Defense official told ABC News. ……

  4. Expose these lying frauds.

Then charge them with federal civil rights violations and perjury.

“More from Dan Hodges (@SemperWry) body cam.

Hodges called J6ers “terrorists” during his televised (and under oath) testimony before J6 committee. He testified about suffering extensive injuries as a “victim” and witness during J6 trials.

He like other celeb cops won Congressional and presidential awards for Jan 6.

    And for this:”

“The woman begging for police to stop assaulting protesters clearly suffers the effects of tear gas, which police had deployed for over an hour at this point. She calling out for a cop to stop attacking a woman on the upper terrace on west side.

    But Danny got his prize:”

“Matt Gaetz participated in a documentary where he stated that the head of the House Ethics committee was insider trading, then he ousted a sitting speaker of the house for lying to the conference and reneging on promises he made to get the job.

Imagine my shock that an ethics investigation was started after he did that.”

  7. There is an important reason we should be made aware of these things. It’s not about being afraid, but rather being informed. When negative and fearful things start to happen people get swept up in whatever narrative is being pumped out over the networks. And the networks will not give us a history lesson. They will not even include this year’s history, let alone the decades of history that have built up to that very moment. They will not give us truth or clearsightedness.

I hope and pray otherwise, but if things go the way they are headed, I expect an all out call for war. Thinking will be over-heated. Pride and outrage can swell, just as it did after 9/11. People will go along with almost anything in that moment. I’m simply laying out reasons why I will not be doing that. If it comes to war, those who stand against it will be more isolated and probably demonized to some degree. It’s always good to be prepared for the worst—mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

  8. No to Rogers. All he’s ever done is run interference for the crimes of the deep state, just like he did with Benghazi.

“The Nunes Memo, to which Kash Patel was a significant contributor, provided our first genuine insight into the intricate machinations behind the Russia collusion hoax. It detailed the Steele dossier fraud, the Carter Page FISA abuse, the dubious Papadopoulos predicate, and much more.

And guess who attempted to block the release of the Nunes Memo? Yes, it was Mike Rogers, who, for some incomprehensible reason, is now in the running for the position of FBI director.”

  9. Oz for Medicare and Medicaid — is this satire? Does Trump just turn on the TV to get his cabinet ideas? Both a quack and a grifter. It could be worse — he could have picked Rick Scott. At this point, Gabbard and RFK look like his best picks.

Gaetz just needs to tell Johnson to release the report. After all, he said he’s been exonerated every time. And of course Johnson promised us transparency.

Greene has threatened to release information on other Republicans who have been accused of sexual assault and harassment if they continue to push back on Gaetz. The lady who once ran on exposing the predators and groomers is hiding some of them, including Epstein files? By hiding this information, is she not complicit in their behaviour? This is getting interesting.

  10. Battlefield nukes are similar to using mustard gas — depending on the wind, it could hurt your side worse than the target. In addition, I have to wonder if Russia has the proper gear for its soldiers to tolerate radioactivity. Ukraine has consistently had better general infantry equipment.

Cutting communications in the Baltic is a fairly brazen act. Russia is either desperate or confident. I’m going with the former but some may say Trump’s election may mean Russia is more confident.

Russia’s options are fairly limited in the Ukraine war — the continued use of “steamroller” tactics (ie WW1 mass front attacks) has led to massive casualties which in turn has led to the use of Korean soldiers, an obvious sign of desperation. The lame duck status of Biden and the upcoming Trump presidency means Zelensky is both in a hurry to do something and not afraid to challenge US limitations. After all, it probably won’t matter if he behaves himself. This also makes Putin’s position harder as the Russian people are not impressed with domestic attacks and the casualty rate. So is it more bodies to the grinder? sabotage? battlefield nukes? What is an authoritarian to do when the people expect success? Hold onto January so he can play Trump?

Finland and Sweden have been cooperating with NATO for decades and have run joint exercises with NATO prior to joining last year. In Finland’s case especially they have avoided joining up in fear of Russia’s reaction. With the invasion of Ukraine, they’ve come to realise it really doesn’t matter. Sweden and Finland joining NATO is one of the consequences of Russia’s invasion. Probably worse from a Russian point of view than some of the sanctions.

Climate change is a greater threat to Alaskan pipelines than China or Russia. And the US has energy independence even without Alaska – the 48 states produce enough fossil fuel and then add in alternative sources and the US has very little to worry about.

  11. Former classmate of mine and a Phd in modern military history. He considers himself a traditional conservative (ie a Tory). Here’s his prediction. He’s probably correct with maybe the exception of Taiwan – I see China being more practical.

“Projection for 2025. Trump will take office and Putin, reading his mark, will combine more vicious sabre rattling and make overtures to the Orange Menace. Trump, frightened of any kind of confrontation, will pull a Neville Chamberlain and declare peace in our time and throw Ukraine under the bus angling for a Nobel prize. European NATO countries will be browbeaten into falling into line with the threat of American withdrawal from the alliance. European countries will give Trump and Putin both the middle finger and ramp up their defence spending. Britain and most especially France will dramatically increase their nuclear arsenals including tactical weapons. China, sensing a lack of US resolution, will make a move on Taiwan daring Washington to intervene. Clueless Trump will sell Taiwan down the river and leave Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Australia in the lurch. The result is a major disruption of the international order and the US will be economically, diplomatically and militarily isolated. Even America’s closest allies will never trust it again. After the purges at the Pentagon and the State Department there will no longer be any adults in the room with the courage to tell the Emperor that he isn’t wearing any clothes. Far from making America great again, he is about to flush it down the sewer while turning what is left into a Trumpist kleptocracy.”

  12. And I don’t think we have to fear Europe’s middle finger. Our politicians have been treating the population to the middle finger for years. Maybe some of them can move to Europe and make hand gestures together, where their values are more aligned.

  13. Kizzie, the cost of a life in prison CASE is a lot less than the cost of a death penalty CASE in legal fees. I doubt that the cost of keeping a man in his twenties in prison until at least his seventies, taking into consideration the cost of building that cell within the whole prison facilities in which he lives along with everything else, including his portion of annual salaries of management of the prison, could possibly be less than the cost of the death penalty CASE when added all together. It’s why all those countries emptied their prisons to send them here.
