Good morning, another beautiful day here. Reading about Esau and Jacob this morning, thinking of how God’s thoughts are not our thoughts. That translates to how God protected Florida in this storm.
I am still enjoying listening to NT Wright on Paul. He is going through the letters so it’s just been a good review of things I’ve studied the past year or so . . . online Bible study in Acts, a series at church on Acts, and now my Sunday school class is doing Acts.
It takes a lot of repetition to get God’s word firmly in my brain. It also might help lead my thoughts on where to study next in the Bible.
Still not getting into anything controversial as I was warned. I am waiting for my chance to pounce and call the professor wrong-headed, lol
I’m enjoying reading the Macarthur Daily Bible. I am in Jeremiah and read Philippians 4 today, one of my favorites. I am also enjoying his comments along the way. Putting it all together is a blessing.

Tomorrow is Anna’s 19th birthday. Tonight she is out to dinner and will be again tomorrow. I decided to give her tortilla chips and mango salsa, since I know that is what she loves.
