Prayer Requests 9-22-23

Psalm 70

For the director of music. Of David. A petition.

1 Hasten, O God, to save me;
    come quickly, Lord, to help me.

2 May those who want to take my life
    be put to shame and confusion;
   may all who desire my ruin
    be turned back in disgrace.
3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”
    turn back because of their shame.
4 But may all who seek you
    rejoice and be glad in you;
   may those who long for your saving help always say,
    “The Lord is great!”

5 But as for me, I am poor and needy;
    come quickly to me, O God.
   You are my help and my deliverer;
    Lord, do not delay.

  1. Prayer for divorcing daughter as she continues to try to destroy anybody who stands in her way. Her behavior could cause great damage to the town.

    Prayer for son in law to keep his eyes on Christ and not give a foothold to the enemy.

    Does this thing work?

  4. Tonight is the annual fund raiser for our local pregnancy counseling center.

    Today the newspaper ran a hit piece about the center on page one.

    Pray the Lord will triumph and the ministry will receive the donations it needs.

  8. Easy for you to say. It may be that I have not logged in here before which is reasonable as they ask ridiculous things like “user name” and “password”.
