A song.
1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5 God is within her, she will not fall;
God will help her at break of day.
6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
7 The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
8 Come and see what the Lord has done,
the desolations he has brought on the earth.

He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
he burns the shields with fire.
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,

Wandering Views 
Prayer that God will be glorified through our words and actions today as we begin court proceedings. We are son in law’s two witnesses, we have had him with his children in our house for the past eight months. She has her sister, her brother, her sis in law, a friend testifying about how abusive he is to the children though none of them have personally observed said abuse except the sister (the same one who told everyone but us that she had cancer and was going to Seattle for treatment, though she neither had cancer nor went to Seattle for treatment). May the Truth be found and God glorified.

Prayers for true discernment by the judge. Prayers for peace for those doing right and for the others to have a fear of God take hold of them. May God grant them open eyes, ears and hearts. Prayer for protection of those precious children.

KJ came home Sunday from her 12-day hospital stay. 🙂 She’ll have pain and be weak for awhile 😦 . Lots of follow-up to be done to see if the tumor can be left alone or needs to be taken out. 😐
