  1. Forgive me having zero sympathy for our govt, or the bureaucrats who work for it.

This is exactly what our Deep State did to Trump.

“Yes, intelligence agencies work against their own governments”

    https://hotair.com/david-strom/2023/04/11/yes-intelligence-agencies-work-against-their-own-governments-n543004

“After the past several years it should come as no surprise that intelligence agencies are not mere servants to their government masters, but rather sophisticated and nefarious political players of both the domestic and international political game.

The history of the FBI and CIA meddling in domestic politics is long and not especially heartwarming. Despite being lionized by the media, “Deep Throat” was nothing more than a disaffected FBI bureaucrat named Mark Felt who despised Nixon because he didn’t get the promotion to FBI director he wanted. He started leaking right after he was passed over for the directorship after J. Edgar Hoover died. Hoover himself was a vile political player, and his passing led to major reforms at the FBI.

Most people don’t know this, but Felt himself was convicted of violating the civil rights of political opponents he suspected to be in the Weather Underground. He ordered agents to break into people’s houses looking for evidence of wrongdoing. He was pardoned for his crimes while appealing his case. He was a real Hoover acolyte.

There are many other examples in the US, of course. The most recent was the campaign waged against Donald Trump both during the 2016 political campaign and the relentless and often illegal hounding of Trump and his associates. Lying to courts, illegal leaks, constant misinformation spreading. The works. And, of course, the FBI has helped cover up Hunter Biden’s crimes, as we all know through the Twitter files.

Well, it’s not just in the United States that this happens. You can bet it happens everywhere. And through some very disturbing leaks of top secret information that was tossed out onto the Internet, we have learned about Mossad plotting to discredit the current Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu.

First the leaks: they come from the very highest sources in the US, although we haven’t been told who. They come from briefing documents that were at the highest level of classification. They were paper copies that were not to be viewed outside a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), so you can be sure that somebody very highly placed did this–stealing and then photographing them.

They claim to be investigating, but I would wager they know exactly how they escaped into the wild. It’s almost impossible that they don’t, given their nature. It’s not like the source could be that many people.

Top Secret documents were apparently just folded up, stuffed in a pocket, and taken out of a SCIF. Then photographed and posted on the web. The White House and the Pentagon are freaked out because all the information is very sensitive in itself, revealing sources, methods, and the extent of the US spying on our allies. They also included military plans for Ukraine, which isn’t cool at all. Information about Russian and Ukrainian casualties was said to have been digitally altered before posting. Nothing else apparently was.

Documents aren’t supposed to just walk out of SCIFs, but these apparently did, and the number of people who might have done it is very small.

Among those documents was this tidbit: the Mossad helped organize protests against Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu.

That should be a no-no, one would think. Last I checked they worked for him, not the other way around.”

  2. And those leaks also call into question the losing Ukraine policy supported by the uni-party in Congress.

He should be spied on, if for no other reason than to see what he’s doing with the billions Biden and Congress gave him.

    https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/us-spying-zelensky-heres-whats-known-so-far-leaked-intelligence-files

“The highly classified Pentagon documents which were leaked online in recent weeks, but which began being confirmed and reported as authentic by The New York Times and others only in the past few days, contain some embarrassing revelations. This has sent DOJ and US intelligence officials scrambling to discover the source of the leaks.

CNN is confirming Monday based on one of the documents which appeared online that the US has been spying on Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky – a disclosure which has caused officials in Kiev to be “deeply frustrated”.

“One document reveals that the US has been spying on Zelensky,” CNN reports. “That is unsurprising, said the source close to Zelensky, but Ukrainian officials are deeply frustrated about the leak.”

The US intelligence document suggests that American officials have been worried about possible Zelensky decision-making to strike deep into Russian territory, which would escalate the war and potentially bring Russian and NATO into direct clashes:

The US intelligence report, which is sourced to signals intelligence, says that Zelensky in late February “suggested striking Russian deployment locations in Russia’s Rostov Oblast” using unmanned aerial vehicles, since Ukraine does not have long-range weapons capable of reaching that far.

An additional possibility is that the US intelligence community might be monitoring the Ukrainian presidency’s office as part of efforts to oversee and account for how the tens of billions in aid sent to Kiev is being utilized.

The Washington Post details that “many of the documents seem to have been prepared over the winter for Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other senior military officials, but they were available to other U.S. personnel and contract employees with the requisite security clearances.””

“Here are 14 more major revelations contained within the leaked intel document trove based on various media sources:

Locations of CIA recruitment efforts focused on human agents which have access to closed-door conversations of world leaders

Russia’s Wagner Group tried to obtain weapons from a NATO member: Turkey. Also, some of the internal future plans of Wagner are apparently known to US intelligence

Details of sensitive satellite technology used to track Russian forces, namely the “LAPIS time-series video” – described as an advanced satellite system, which up until now has been a closely guarded secret

Ukraine battlefield assessments prepared by the Pentagon

The Guardian: “One slide suggested that a small contingent of less than a hundred special operations personnel from NATO members France, America, Britain, and Latvia were already active in Ukraine.”

Descriptions of intelligence collection activities by the CIA, NSA, the Defense Intelligence Agency, law enforcement agencies and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)

One Feb. 23 review of the battlefield situation in Ukraine’s Donbas forecasts a “grinding campaign of attrition” by Russia that “is likely heading toward a stalemate, thwarting Moscow’s goal to capture the entire region in 2023.”

WaPo: “The U.S. intelligence community has penetrated the Russian military and its commanders so deeply that it can warn Ukraine in advance of attacks and reliably assess the strengths and weaknesses of Russian forces.”

WaPo: “A single page in the leaked trove reveals that the U.S. intelligence community knew the Russian Ministry of Defense had transmitted plans to strike Ukrainian troop positions in two locations on a certain date in February and that Russian military planners were preparing strikes on a dozen energy facilities and an equal number of bridges in Ukraine.”

WaPo: A summary of analysis from the CIA’s World Intelligence Review, a daily publication for senior policymakers, says that Beijing is likely to view attacks by Ukraine deep inside Russian territory as “an opportunity to cast NATO as the aggressor,” and that China could increase its support to Russia if it felt the attacks were “significant.”

Ukraine’s robust Soviet-era air defenses — which have thus far minimized the participation of Russian aircraft – could run out of ammunition in next several weeks.

A purported CIA intelligence update — claims Israel’s Mossad supported protests against Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Supreme Court reform scheme.

One report says internal discussions show that South Korean officials are wary of requests to hand over artillery shells to the United States to replenish American stockpiles, out of concern they’d end up in Ukraine.

Another report says that Ukrainian Air Defense is in peril if it’s not reinforced by Western allies

Meanwhile, the expanding breadth of subject matter has many suggesting a US source is responsible. It’s being called “a nightmare for the Five Eyes” – and could damage intelligence-sharing relationships between the US and its partner countries.”

  3. Yet our govt just keeps pushing them, and on kids as young as 6 months now.

“Switzerland recommends NOT getting COVID vaccine, even if high risk”

    https://hotair.com/david-strom/2023/04/11/switzerland-recommends-not-getting-covid-vaccine-even-if-high-risk-n543008

“Switzerland’s public health officials are not exactly denying people the right to get COVID vaccines, but they recommend against it. And if you do want to get it, you will have to pay out of your own pocket instead of getting it through the government-funded health service.

Even if you are at “high risk,” they pretty much say there is no point anymore. If you can convince your doctor to give you one you may still get one, of course. And if you can get him to say you require it, then the government will grudgingly pay the freight. Grudgingly. If you doctor says it is medically necessary.

Both England and Denmark have placed some restrictions on COVID vaccination, but Switzerland seems to have gone the farthest in discouraging people from getting another COVID jab. In those countries, the limits are based on age, mostly.

This is, of course, a rather different policy than what the CDC is pushing–here in the US they are still trying to inject everybody multiple times, including infants. This is a truly insane policy, and unless the science changes when you cross an ocean, clearly not based upon science or a “scientific consensus.” The US is wildly out of step, as we are on current gender transition policies.”

“Their recommendations are pretty darn clear and based on multiple factors. The first of which is that everybody has had COVID and the current variants are very mild.

Is vaccination recommended in spring/summer 2023?
In principle, no Covid-2023 vaccination is recommended in spring/summer 19. Almost all people in Switzerland are vaccinated and/or have had Covid-19. Your immune system has dealt accordingly with the coronavirus. In spring/summer 2023, the virus is likely to circulate less. The current virus variants also cause rather mild disease courses.

As you can see, unlike the US until about 5 minutes ago the Swiss are very up-front about natural immunity. Not too long ago you could get kicked off of social media and be labeled a spreader of misinformation if you asserted that natural immunity was a thing. Suddenly basic epidemiology is back in style. Who could have guessed?”

“‘All Of This Was False’: Josh Hawley Rips Into AG Garland Over Senate Testimony”

    https://www.dailywire.com/news/all-of-this-was-false-josh-hawley-rips-into-ag-garland-over-senate-testimony

“Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) ripped into Attorney General Merrick Garland over his recent testimony, arguing that at least some of what he said before the Senate had been misleading at best and at worst, outright “false.”

Hawley sent a letter to Garland’s office on Tuesday morning, sharing it publicly in a tweet.

“Merrick Garland told me — under oath — the FBI was not targeting Catholic parishes. That appears to have been a lie,” the Missouri senator tweeted. “I want the truth.””

“FBI Sought To Monitor Catholic Churches Using Tripwire, Sources To Combat Domestic Terrorism, House Lawmakers Say”

    https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-sought-to-monitor-catholic-churches-using-tripwire-sources-to-combat-domestic-terrorism-house-lawmakers-say

“U.S. House of Representative Jim Jordan said Monday at least one undercover FBI employee sought to monitor parishioners in Catholic houses of worship to combat domestic terrorism using tripwire and sources.

According to internal documents released by House Judiciary Committee, FBI authorities planned to use churches as “new avenues for tripwire and source development,” sending a message that federal law enforcement may be listening while Americans practice their First Amendment right to worship freely.

“Chilling,” Jordan said in a tweet.

In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Rep. Jordan pointed out the agency cited a desire to sensitize congregations in the Richmond area of Virginia “to the warning signs of radicalization and enlist their assistance to serve as suspicious activity tripwires.”

“Based on the limited information produced by the FBI to the Committee, we now know that the FBI relied on at least one undercover agent to produce its analysis, and that the FBI proposed that its agents engage in outreach to Catholic parishes to develop sources among the clergy and church leadership to inform on Americans practicing their faith,” Jordan wrote in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Monday.”

“Following the leak of the unclassified intelligence document, FBI authorities purged its system and began reviewing the basis for the document.

FBI Director Wray told the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence during a March 8 hearing that when he first learned of the intelligence document, he was “aghast,” reiterating the bureau immediately began to withdraw it and remove it from FBI systems.

“It does not reflect FBI standards,” Wray said. “We do not conduct investigations based on religious affiliation or practices, full stop. We have also now ordered our inspection division to take a look at how this happened and try to figure out how we can make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.”

“And we do not and will not target people for religious beliefs, and we do not and will not monitor people’s religious practices,” he added. “That’s not acceptable.””

So what he’s saying is they purged all the evidence of their wrongdoing, just like with Jan6 evidence.

“Doctors Sound Alarm Over Proposed Changes to Definition of Death in Federal Law

The proposed changes to the Uniform Definition of Death Act would allow comatose patients to be declared dead for use as organ donors.”

    https://legalinsurrection.com/2023/04/doctors-sound-alarm-over-proposed-changes-to-definition-of-death-in-federal-law/

“Amid all the other changes to biological classification we have been treated to under the Biden administration, one is proposed involving the definition of death that is now drawing concern.

The Uniform Determination of Death Act (UDDA) has been in law since 1981. The UDDA states:

An individual who has sustained either irreversible cessation of circulatory and respiratory functions or irreversible cessation of all functions of the entire brain, including the brainstem, is dead. A determination of death must be made in accordance with accepted medical standards.”

Late last year, a group of lawyers and “experts” met to discuss revisions to the law.

A group of lawyers as well as observers including neurologists and philosophers met Friday and Saturday to discuss potential revisions to the determination. The group, part of the Uniform Law Commission, also addressed updating policies surrounding the notification of families about the process for determining death.

…Brain death is a legal designation in all 50 states. How brain death is determined, which tests are used and the type of physician qualified to make the determination can vary by state, said Thaddeus Mason Pope, a law professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minn.

In recent years, families have objected to doctors conducting brain-death evaluations on their loved ones. Some have filed lawsuits challenging brain-death determinations. And some doctors and lawyers have said guidelines for determining brain death don’t require tests for the loss of function in every part of the brain, such as the hypothalamus, which regulates hormones. The gap between the legal determination of brain death, they said, and the way doctors interpret it could erode public trust.

Prof. Pope and two colleagues in 2020 co-wrote an article in the Annals of Internal Medicine calling for revisions to the Uniform Determination of Death Act to address these and other challenges. .

We have been treated to three years of disastrous consequences when scientific “experts” and their legal supporters decided to implement policy without proper vetting of what they propose. Let’s take a look at the new definition to see if there is reason to worry.

An individual who has sustained either (a) permanent cessation of circulatory and respiratory functions or; (b) permanent coma, permanent cessation of spontaneous respiratory functions, and permanent loss of brainstem reflexes, is dead. A determination of death must be made in accordance with accepted medical standards.

Heidi Klessig, M.D. (a retired anesthesiologist and pain management specialist) and Christopher W. Bogosh (a psychiatric mental health registered nurse) are observers of the Uniform Law Commission on the RUDDA. They sounded the alarm about the proposed revision.

Notice that the new neurological standard under (b) does not use the term “irreversible,” nor does it include the loss of whole-brain function. The term “permanent” is being defined to mean that physicians do not intend to act to reverse the patient’s condition.

Thus, people in a coma whose prognosis is death will be declared dead under this new standard. An unresponsive person with a beating heart on a ventilator is not well, but he is certainly not dead!

…In addition, the AAN proposes that there be no requirement for informed consent before initiating brainstem-reflex testing. One of the tests is called the apnea test. During this exam, the patient is removed from the ventilator for 8–10 minutes, attempts to breathe are monitored, and carbon dioxide in the blood is measured.

This test has absolutely no benefit for the patient. It can only cause harm, as rising levels of carbon dioxide in the bloodstream cause an increase in intracranial pressure, which is hugely detrimental for a brain-injured patient. The idea that there will be no informed consent requirement for this potentially harmful exam violates the ethical principles of autonomy, justice, beneficence, and non-maleficence.”

“GOP congressman threatens to defund FDA if abortion pill ruling is ignored by Biden”

“Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) is daring Joe Biden to make his day. When the ruling came down from U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk in Texas on Friday that suspended the sale and use of the medical abortion pill, mifepristone, a competing opinion was issued just hours later. While Kacsmaryk challenged the FDA’s approval of mifepristone as safe and effective, U.S. District Judge Thomas O. Rice in Washington State preserved the status quo. A federal appeals court is expected to rule this week after DOJ appealed the Texas court ruling on Monday.

Justice Department on Monday appealed a Texas court ruling that would halt approval of a drug used in the most common method of abortion in the U.S., calling the decision “extraordinary and unprecedented.” The Supreme Court will likely end up with the case. As could be predicted, Democrats were quick to offer hot takes on the Texas ruling, including suggesting that Biden simply ignore the judge’s injunction. America’s most famous bartender, AOC, was particularly keen on that idea as she said during an interview on CNN Friday night.

“I believe that the Biden administration should ignore this ruling,” Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., Ny.) said on CNN on Friday night. AOC went on to condemn “deeply partisan” judges that have “engaged in unprecedented and dramatic erosion of the legitimacy of the courts,” adding that skepticism surrounding mifepristone was “unfounded.”

“The interesting thing when it comes to a ruling is that it relies on enforcement,” the New York representative noted. “And it is up to the Biden administration to enforce, to choose whether or not to enforce a ruling.”

Yes, ignore the ruling. You know, like AOC does to ethics rules….

House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, shot back at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Tuesday over what the lawmaker said was a naked effort to obstruct congressional oversight.

“First, they indict a president for no crime,” Jordan tweeted after Bragg sued to block House GOP subpoenas of prosecutors who might have conflicts of interest with their office’s efforts to hang charges on former President Donald Trump.

“Then, they sue to block congressional oversight when we ask questions about the federal funds they say they used to do it.”
