Psalm 125

A song of ascents.

¹Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion,
    which cannot be shaken but endures forever.
²As the mountains surround Jerusalem,
    so the Lord surrounds his people
    both now and forevermore.

³The scepter of the wicked will not remain
over the land allotted to the righteous,
for then the righteous might use
their hands to do evil.

⁴Lord, do good to those who are good,
to those who are upright in heart.
⁵But those who turn to crooked ways
the Lord will banish with the evildoers.

Susannah is home from the hospital, but back on the ng tube for feeding (the one that goes through the nose and down the throat). Please pray that she will soon be able to eat by mouth.

Prayer here. I had to block the step mom in law as she was calling non stop and I was ignoring her calls, after telling her so, so I could care for the two elderly folk. She has probably lodged another elder abuse claim but we know our local law and have people in and out of the house regularly so we should be good.

Praying.

My friend was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma. She’s had a traumatic few years (emotionally) recently and now this. She is a strong believer and is going to fight the cancer but is also ready to die if God calls her home. She’s in her 40s.
