Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 110
Of David. A psalm.
1 The Lord says to my lord:
“Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet.”
2 The Lord will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying,
“Rule in the midst of your enemies!”
3 Your troops will be willing
on your day of battle.
Arrayed in holy splendor,
your young men will come to you
like dew from the morning’s womb.
4 The Lord has sworn
and will not change his mind:
“You are a priest forever,
in the order of Melchizedek.”
5 The Lord is at your right hand;
he will crush kings on the day of his wrath.
6 He will judge the nations, heaping up the dead
and crushing the rulers of the whole earth.
7 He will drink from a brook along the way,
and so he will lift his head high.
Cedar Sinai hospital is inducing J’s baby girl tonight. Her request is for a natural, safe, “easy” delivery.
My tears fell so many times for her as I traveled, read her mother-in-law’s emails, and prayed.
The family has rented a house in west LA for the next six months, praying and hoping J’s life can be saved.
Mom-in-law, my friend K is probably the one who will care for the preemie and the toddler. Frankly, she’s a long-time preschool teacher and perfect for the role.
But, she’s so very sad. “I don’t even want to celebrate Christmas.”
“Ah, K,” I typed as I traveled Galilee’s hills. “Your grandson’s sister will be here for Christmas. You’re behind on making another new Christmas stocking.”
“You’re right,” she typed back in text messages. “A baby.”
Crying again . . .

That is crushingly hard to consider, M. Prayers for them all. I truly can not imagine the swirl of emotions they are all going through.

Praying for AJ because we have had similar experience and I do feel informed enough to pray over that need.
Also lifting Mumsee in their avalanche of current needs. And, of, course, Kizzie’s family.

And, because God saw I had extra time on my hands, we may be getting a three year old to raise. Wisdom.

continuing to lift this mama in prayer. Asking our Lord to heal her completely and to bring her little one into this world surrounded with joy … even in this time of uncertainty. Praying for Grandmother as well…oh that she would sense His presence as she will care for the little ones entrusted to her for such a time as this ♥️
Aj I am trusting you are healing up and listening well 😊 we continue to speak your name before the Lord as we travel this road together…..

Prayer for oldest daughter as she has just learned she is carrying twins. She has had two babies and two miscarriages so is understandably concerned. Peace. Health.

J’s baby is breech. C-section tomorrow. Emotions are all over the place. Please pray for the family in general, J and the baby in particular.
So very hard. Weeping with those who weep.

In another horror, my daughter-in-law was opening a can of pineapple this morning, when one of their kittens leaped up at her (why?) and hit her thumb at just the right/wrong angle.
5 hours and seven stitches later, she’s home from the ER.
I have NO TIME to help–I’m on a tight deadline tomorrow. Please pray for her, too.
Thanks.

Daughter went sledding today and it appears somebody stole her phone and hotel key. Not too concerned about the phone but nobody should have access to her room. I will go talk with the bartender and find out what can be done. Wisdom, protection.
