😦 We have about a 1/2 mile of dirt road to get to a paved road. That road is so full of potholes that it is almost impossible to drive. Apparently, the weather has caused that to be true of all the dirt roads around here right now, because there was actually an article in the paper about the situation. There is nothing to be done until things dry out a bit according to the county authorities.
🙂 We do not have to worry about fires from drought. We have had no flooding to bother us.
🙂 Those who write good poetry and the privilege of the time and money to enjoy it.
🙂 That God has blessed the human race with all kinds of different talents and abilities. That he has made some to fill our physical needs and desires and some to fill our hearts and spiritual needs as well.
🙂 That I have shelter from the storms, both physically and spiritually.

God has blessed me abundantly, despite the cancer diagnosis. I just need to keep that in mind.
