It’s Wednesday, so don’t forget to pray for The Gambia.
Anyone else?
Psalm 70
1 Hasten, O God, to save me;
come quickly, Lord, to help me.
2 May those who want to take my life
be put to shame and confusion;
may all who desire my ruin
be turned back in disgrace.
3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”
turn back because of their shame.
4 But may all who seek you
rejoice and be glad in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
“The Lord is great!”
5 But as for me, I am poor and needy;
come quickly to me, O God.
You are my help and my deliverer;
Lord, do not delay.

Praying you and him, NancyJill.
Please pray for Greg and his son Cooper. Greg had a double lung transplant after Covid. He is fine, but just lost his wife to ovarian cancer just days after his mom passed away. Both funerals will take place in the same week. This is not someone I personally know, but such suffering they have gone through!

I also am curious as to why smoking in the past or present affects the urinary tract or whatever.

Praying for Greg and Cooper.
Smoking causes all sorts of unsavory chemicals to build up in the system. Makes sense that waste disposal would be affected. That is why they ask not just if you smoke but if you have ever smoked. Stopped improves the outlook but does not fix all damage.
And now I have several who are vaping “because it is safer”. Uh, not really.
