Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 23
A psalm of David.
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
Prayer here. She is early. We are not doing much school today as we did it on speech therapy day (as well as the other days). Usually, speech was in the bright and early so they had to leave at six thirty. They they did the city shopping. And I went to Moscow. It has changed. Anyway, she usually though not always, waits for school to be over. Another reason we do school on Saturdy.

And just like that. After several hours of listening to Casting Crowns very loudly and her screaming….
I have shown her that when she gets especially obnoxious (screaming profanities usually and hateful language) I turn on the music, loud and work on a puzzle. As she quiets, I lower the volume. But if she continues, I rev it back up again. She knows the routine. And when she is ready to calm down, things quiet down. If it bothers her, she could go outside or back to her room. But I keep it on as long as she is treating us that way. Meanwhile, the younger two went upstairs to watch Karate Kid with husband.
She has apologized, given and received hugs and I love yous and is now doing sit ups. She is not in the clear yet, as far as her attitude, but much improved for now. Thanks for praying.

Praying for peace, Mumsee. Good reason to do school on Saturday. When learning new things is considered to be a joy then Saturday school is a very good thing.

A sweet update on the Castle twins. One of them, Susannah, got to go “home” (their temporary home) after spending the first 295 days of her life in the hospital. Please pray that her sister Elizabeth will soon follow.

It is so good to see how God is working on those people and those they touch.

Prayer here. I don’t know what happened at church but she has been on a roll since. But then she is every day. So we bring her to God.

Mumsee, I do not know much about exorcism, but of the little I have heard, it seems she might benefit. Maybe that is part of her attraction to the Catholic church? I do not know if any denominatonal churches do exorcisms. I never have seen that movie, The Exorcist. I imagine it was not a true portrayal but sensationalized to make money at the box office.

I did ask a local pastor about it. He was a missionary to the Phillipines and had some experience with that. He does not think that is her issue. He did suggest, when she is doing some of her bizarre behavior, we call him and he would run out and listen.
