Prayer Requests 10-15-21

It’s Friday, so please remember to pray for Mumsee, Mike, and the Nestlings.

Anyone else?

Psalm 70

Hasten, O God, to save me;
    come quickly, Lord, to help me.

May those who want to take my life
    be put to shame and confusion;
   may all who desire my ruin
    be turned back in disgrace.
May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”
    turn back because of their shame.
But may all who seek you
    rejoice and be glad in you;
   may those who long for your saving help always say,
    “The Lord is great!”

But as for me, I am poor and needy;
    come quickly to me, O God.
   You are my help and my deliverer;
    Lord, do not delay.

  1. I’m thanking God for his mercy and loving kindness as he continues to walk us through this life. And I’m still thanking him for all of you who have prayed for and with us. I cannot forget all of his goodness; it’s with me daily— moment by moment and breath by breath.

  2. Amen.

    Prayer here. I think son will be going back for a retest and another look at his condition. The rest of us are just coughing and sneezing along. Husband may need to go back as well.

  3. So thankfil, Debra, that things took the turn for the better. Glad to hear your praise for He who is so worthy.🙏

    Mumsee, lifting y’all🙏 for symptoms to leave your home! May y’all feel a regaining of strength and stamina day by day. May all the virus bugs shrink at the hearing of the name of Jesus who heals us all of the ailments perpetrated upon us by the evil one. Glory be to God as He conquers all our foes in His timing and ways. Let’s continue to praise Him as we wait as Debra shows by her example! In Jesus, Amen

  4. I was just reading about Him healing, in Mark this morning. But then I remembered what a blessing this “down time” has been in so many ways. Even twenty has started being nice!

  5. Praises!!!!!

    Dad and stepmom were accepted into the care home! What a relief and they will move in on November 1st! We are so very thankful.

    Debra, so thankful for how far things have come.

    Mumsee, thank you for the reminder to look for the good when we are struggling.

    Continuing to pray.

  6. Thankful for your report, Debra.

    Prayers, Mumsee.

    Excellent news, Kare! I know that is such a relief. It surely was for my sibs and me when our parents moved to assisted living in August, and it was very much so for the music studio co-owner who moved his parents into a care home today. (They are 95-96 years old.)
