  1. Fraud in several states.

And unlike the liars at the news networks saying there is none, these people are under oath. The one’s lying are not.

“Multiple Michigan residents swear they witnessed widespread voter fraud in Detroit

Early witnesses who signed affidavits range from a longtime city worker to a former assistant attorney general.

“The media mantra that there is no evidence of voter fraud in the Nov. 3 election for the first time faces a real challenge. Several Michigan residents — ranging from a city worker to a former state assistant attorney general — swear under penalty of perjury they witnessed significant and widespread election tampering in the city of Detroit.

And by significant, they insist thousands of ballots were involved.

Take, for instance, longtime city of Detroit employee Jessy Jacob, who provided among the most startling accounts.

Jacob stated in an affidavit she personally witnessed — and in some cases was instructed — to backdate thousands of absentee ballots the day after the election to make them appear legal even though they were not in the Qualified Vote File and had not arrived by the deadline.

“On November 4, 2020, I was instructed to improperly pre-date the absentee ballots receive date that were not in the QVF as if they had been received on or before November 3, 2020,” she testified. “I was told to alter the information in the QVF to falsely show that the absentee ballots had been received in time to be valid. I estimate that this was done to thousands of ballots.”

Jacob’s claim is stunning. Not only does she risk perjury if she lied, she could lose her livelihood as a city worker.

Just the News reviewed more than a dozen affidavits filed in various election challenge lawsuits in Michigan. All witnesses, like Jacob, signed the affidavits and had them notarized, making them subject to Michigan’s perjury law.”

The sworn affidavits are available to read at the link above.

  2. A win for fair elections….

“Trump campaign wins case on Pa. voter ID deadline”

“The Trump campaign on Thursday won a case that attempted to disqualify a small number of mail-in ballots for first-time Pennsylvania voters who were unable to confirm their identification by Nov. 9.

These ballots had been segregated pending the judge’s decision and have not yet been counted, so their disqualification will not affect the current vote count in Pennsylvania. Joe Biden won the state, and subsequently the election, on Saturday and currently leads President Trump by more than 54,000 votes.

Commonwealth Court President Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt ruled that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked authority when she issued guidance to county boards of election to count mail ballots so long as voters’ IDs were confirmed by Nov. 12.

Ms. Boockvar argued to the court that the guidance came from a provision in the commonwealth’s election code that allows voters to prove their identities “within six calendar days following the election.” Because the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extended the ballot deadline to Nov. 6, then the deadline for voters to confirm their ID would also be extended.

But the Trump campaign disagreed. “If the deadline is calculated as the statute is written, then as it pertains to the November 3, 2020 General Election, this deadline for voters to resolve proof of identification issues is Monday, November 9, 2020, not November 12, 2020,” the campaign wrote in a filing. They also said Ms. Boockvar lacked the authority to give such guidance.

Judge Leavitt sided with the Trump campaign on that argument. In a footnote, she said Ms. Boockvar’s position would have been achievable if there was an amendment to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s order extending the ballot deadline.”

“Ex-Clinton Aide Details the ‘Stealthy Road’ to a Trump Victory That’s Being Overlooked”

“Well, after that big legal win in Pennsylvania—it’s time to dig in and fight on. I’ve been teetering, folks. I won’t lie. I still think we’re in Hail Mary territory, but there’s still a chance. We still need to count the ballots and tally the legal votes. We have allegations of voter fraud that should be investigated. And we have the legal challenges that need to play out. As Katie wrote today, Team Trump scored a big win in the Keystone State:

A Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign by concluding segregated ballots should not be counted. Further, the judge found that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked the “statutory authority” to change election law just days before Election Day.

“[The] Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code…for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar’s interpretation and application oof the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar,” the ruling states. “Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated.”

State statute forbids destruction of ballot envelopes prior to two years. That illegal act throws into question auditing; thus, it could be argued, those votes cannot be certified.

“This is why you keep fighting. The old GOP would have caved and rolled over like a dog. The Trump Republican Party doesn’t stop until there’s no time on the game clock. We discussed one way this race could become a nightmare for Democrats, which is grounded in Biden ballots being invalidated in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia over fraud concerns. It wouldn’t take many ballots, with about 45-50,000 or so—somewhere in that neighborhood. These votes would lead to a 269-269 tie that could bring this race into the House of Representatives. The GOP holds the advantage regarding state delegations 26-23. Yet, before that, let’s focus on the electors. “

  4. The head of the FEC is saying, yeah, there’s fraud.

“Chair of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots.

During a Friday appearance on Newsmax TV’s “National Report,” Trainor said locations not granting observers access to watch the ballot counting process could be involved in voter fraud.

“I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,” he said. “Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”

Despite winning a court order, which allows the Trump campaign to send observers to watch ballot counting in Pennsylvania from six feet away, Trainor said ballot watchers “have not been allowed into the polling locations in a meaningful way.”

He said when observers have been permitted to watch, the goalpost has been moved away from the six feet required by the court order.

“They have not been allowed that meaningful access,” he said, adding there has not been transparency in the election.

“Our whole political system is based upon transparency to avoid the appearance of corruption,” he said pointing out that Pennsylvania and other states are not conducting counting in a transparent manner.

“State law allows those observers to be in there,” he said, adding if the law isn’t being followed then this election is “illegitimate.””

  5. Now about those machines at the company run by Democrats and foreigners…..

“Officials raised concerns for years about security of US voting machines, software systems

“The Dominion Voting Systems, which has been used in multiple states where fraud has been alleged in the 2020 U.S. Election, was rejected three times by data communications experts from the Texas Secretary of State and Attorney General’s Office for failing to meet basic security standards.

Unlike Texas, other states certified the use of the system, including Pennsylvania, where voter fraud has been alleged on multiple counts this week.

Dominion Voting Systems, a Canadian company headquartered in Denver, is one of three companies primarily used in U.S. elections. The others are Election Systems and Software and Texas based-Hart InterCivic.

The Dominion system was implemented in North Carolina and Nevada, where election results are being challenged, and in Georgia and Michigan, where a “ glitch” that occurred reversed thousands of votes for Republican President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden.

While Biden declared victory Saturday in his U.S. presidential race against Trump, the Trump campaign is launching several challenges to vote counts in states across the country, alleging fraud.

Dominion’s Democracy Suite system was chosen for statewide implementation in New Mexico in 2013, the first year it was rejected by the state of Texas.

Louisiana modernized its mail ballot system by implementing Dominion’s ImageCast Central software statewide; Clark County, Nevada, implemented the same system in 2017. Roughly 52 counties in New York, 65 counties in Michigan and the entire state of Colorado and New Mexico use Dominion systems.

According to a Penn Wharton study, “The Business of Voting,” Dominion Voting Systems reached approximately 71 million voters in 1,635 jurisdictions in the U.S. in 2016.

Dominion “got into trouble” with several subsidiaries it used over alleged cases of fraud. One subsidiary is Smartmatic, a company “that has played a significant role in the U.S. market over the last decade,” according to a report published by UK-based AccessWire.

Litigation over Smartmatic “glitches” alleges they impacted the 2010 and 2013 mid-term elections in the Philippines, raising questions of cheating and fraud. An independent review of the source codes used in the machines found multiple problems, which concluded, “The software inventory provided by Smartmatic is inadequate, … which brings into question the software credibility,” ABS-CBN reported.

Smartmatic’s chairman is a member of the British House of Lords, Mark Malloch Brown, a former vice-chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds, former vice-president at the World Bank, lead international partner at Sawyer Miller, a political consulting firm, and former vice-chair of the World Economic Forum who “remains deeply involved in international affairs.” The company’s reported globalist ties have caused members of the media and government officials to raise questions about its involvement in the U.S. electoral process.

In January, U.S. lawmakers expressed concern about foreign involvement through these companies’ creation and oversight of U.S. election equipment. Top executives from the three major companies were grilled by both Democratic and Republican members of the U.S. House Committee on House Administration about the integrity of their systems.

Also in January, election integrity activists expressed concern “about what is known as supply-chain security, the tampering of election equipment during manufacturing,” the Associated Press reported. “A document submitted to North Carolina elections officials by ES&S last year shows, for example, that it has manufacturing operations in the Philippines.”

All three companies “have faced criticism over a lack of transparency and reluctance to open up their proprietary systems to outside testing,” the Associated Press reported. In 2019, the AP found that these companies “had long skimped on security in favor of convenience and operated under a shroud of financial and operational secrecy despite their critical role in elections.”

In its third examination of Dominion systems in 2019, Texas officials once again rejected using it after identifying “multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code.””

  6. Once again America, you’re welcome you ungrateful idiots.

“Trump Admin. strikes deal to make COVID-19 vaccine free at major pharmacies”

“To maximize access to COVID-19 vaccines for all Americans, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) today announced the U.S. government’s partnerships with large chain pharmacies and networks that represent independent pharmacies and regional chains. Through the partnership with pharmacy chains, this program covers approximately 60 percent of pharmacies throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Through the partnerships with network administrators, independent pharmacies and regional chains will also be part of the federal pharmacy program, further increasing access to vaccine across the country—particularly in traditionally underserved areas.

“Ensuring access and affordability of the COVID-19 vaccine for all Americans is a top priority for the Trump Administration,” said HHS Secretary Alex Azar. “We are leveraging the existing private sector infrastructure to get safe and effective vaccines supported by Operation Warp Speed into communities and into arms as quickly as possible with no out-of-pocket costs. The vast majority of Americans live within five miles of a pharmacy, and our new agreement with pharmacy partners across America is a critical step toward making sure all Americans have access to safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines when they are available.”

In addition to traditional brick-and-mortar pharmacies, pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and pharmacy technicians also provide vaccinations in retail and grocery stores. Therefore, pharmacy vaccinators are crucial public health partners for increasing access and convenience of COVID-19 vaccines. Many pharmacists and the interns and technicians working under their supervision are trained to provide immunizations and are already important immunizers in their communities. Pharmacists are also a trusted health resource in their communities, and have played a vital role in the public health response to COVID-19 by counseling patients, expanding access to childhood vaccinations during the pandemic, and ordering and administering COVID-19 tests. By working with these partners, the federal government will rapidly expand access to COVID-19 vaccines. Vaccine will be administered at partners’ pharmacy locations at no cost to patients.

“Since 2012, CDC has worked extensively with pharmacies to improve pandemic preparedness, conduct vaccine throughput exercises, and assess store and organizational response capabilities,” said CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield. “Through these partnerships, we will leverage established relationships to support our critical public health mission of vaccinating the American public to prevent the spread of COVID-19.””

  7. Trump has provided an often overlooked community service.

Exposing the rot and corruption in our govt. and there’s a lot.

“The president has exposed the rot and corruption of our ruling class.”

“No matter how the presidential election ends, one of President Donald Trump’s myriad achievements stands above all others: he has exposed the unprecedented degree of rot and corruption that pervades the American system.

More specifically, Trump has exposed the ruling class: the bipartisan political establishment and its adjuncts in Big Tech, the corporate media, Big Business and Woke Capital, the academy, and across the commanding heights of American society.

Trump’s manners engender hatred in the ruling class. Even more significantly, his tenacity in confronting the ruling class’s members with their failures—and the fact he has threatened to rectify those failures—discredits and disempowers those responsible for them. Their response—a perpetual effort to destroy him—has shown the ruling class to be lawless and tyrannical.

Consequently, the ruling class has obliterated the institutions it claimed to be defending, revealing to those Americans not addled by Trump Derangement Syndrome that the emperor has no clothes. Americans willing to look can now see that those institutions which ostensibly exist to serve us have no reservations about launching a full-scale assault on us if it serves their interests.

Consider what we have learned about the leaders of the country in the last four years.

We learned that they would do everything in their power to destroy a president who takes them on: delegitimizing his election; baselessly demonizing and slandering him as a Nazi, racist, and bigot; lying perpetually through media conduits to undermine and smear him; pulling documents off his desk to subvert him; concocting false narratives meant to portray him as a traitor to justify spying on him and his confidantes; waging legal and political jihads aimed at toppling him; weaponizing national security, intelligence, and law-enforcement apparatuses to punish him and like-minded dissenters from the ruling class orthodoxy; impeaching him over his desires to root out political corruption; threatening to wear wires in a bid to entrap and remove him under the 25th Amendment; claiming obstruction of justice over rightful decisions to fire subordinates as he sees fit; illegally leaking information about the most sensitive of subjects concerning his policies while simultaneously invoking state secrecy to prevent the revelation of systematic ruling class corruption and criminality; and often engaging in outright insubordination.

On this last count, we learned that military leaders would publicly flout their commander-in-chief, overrule him on broadly popular policies like pulling troops out of aimless and endless wars or protecting American cities from rioting mobs, and openly entertain scenarios of forcibly removing him from office.

We learned that our courts—up to the highest court in the land—would hold such a president to a different standard than other presidents. When the government itself dropped its case against one of the president’s chief advisors—ensnared in some of the previously described machinations—the judge overseeing the case stepped in as prosecutor himself to continue the persecution. Traitors to the ruling class are treated as below the law.

The ruling class’s hatred of the president, and its efforts to destroy him, were of course a proxy for its desire to destroy what he represents. What he represents is not just the policies it despises, but the people it despises. This includes the 71 million commonsense, patriotic, traditional Americans who voted for him. Some adored the president. Others backed him as the ultimate middle finger pointed at a ruling class that frowned hatefully down upon them while claiming to be virtuous and magnanimous.

Indeed, we learned that much of our ruling class believes those Americans to be deplorable, irredeemable, racist, bigoted, backwards, Russia-supporting traitors and Nazis.

We learned that the ruling class would hound such opponents of its rule in public, pursue their families, friends, and colleagues, and destroy them reputationally, financially, and legally.

We learned that the ruling class’s Big Tech oligarchs would muzzle such Americans.

We learned that the ruling class’s communications arm—the media—in hock with federal officials, would engage in rampant, sophisticated information warfare efforts against them.

We learned that the ruling class’s Big Business and Woke Capital titans would seek to enforce their new religion in the workplace, lest any dissenting Americans slip past their HR departments.

We learned that the ruling class would excuse, if not underwrite and cheer on, rioters as they looted and burned our cities—so long as it kept the ruling class in power.

We learned that the ruling class was so cynical, it would leverage a pandemic to impose total control over the public, suspend the rights of political foes while privileging political friends, and systematically undermine the integrity of the voting process.

    This brings us to today.”

Thank you President Trump for exposing these frauds and criminals.

  8. No.

“Throughout his campaign, presumptive President-elect Joe Biden said that there were “no red states, no blue states, just the United States.” In his speech on Nov. 7, where he addressed a packed-in tight crowd (since social distancing is evidently only an applicable term when it is not for Democratic political gatherings or “mostly peaceful” riots), he echoed the same sentiment. So, let’s consider the validity and affordances of this aphorism.

For four years, Joe Biden and the Democrats told the American people that Republicans were racist, bigoted, White supremacists. Republicans were called every -ism there is, and more were being manufactured every day by those with social science Ph.D.s in the ivory towers of academia.

Republicans were caricatured as malevolent people who desired the destruction of this nation. They were a bunch of stupid uneducated homophobes who gathered in crowds of their own at Trump rallies and waved American flags, (while it was all fine and dandy for the other side to gather in the holy name of social justice and burn down cities for nights on end.)

In many cases, the president of the United States was referred to as Hitler by the left. Imagine it, seriously; a duly-elected president who brokered several historic Israeli peace deals, moved the Israeli embassy to Jerusalem, and has Jewish children and grandchildren, likened to a tyrant who killed more than 6 million Jews. Right.

But apparently, none of it matters. None of it. Now that Joe Biden is the presumptive president-elect, you see, he will miraculously unite the country and bring the Republicans along with him. Forget about the ad hominem. He will be the president for us all. See, the Democrats were just joking when they countlessly referred to all Republicans as racists. Please. It was all political opera.”

  9. Well since Fox has apparently decided they want a new, more liberal audience…..

    Yes please!

“Report: Trump Wants to Form Digital Media Empire to Compete With Fox News

More and more people have flocked to Newsmax TV and One America News.”

“Axios reported that President Donald Trump wants to form a digital media empire to take on Fox News.

The president has expressed frustration with Fox News since the election when the station called Arizona early for Joe Biden.”

“Here’s Trump’s plan, according to the source:

There’s been lots of speculation about Trump starting a cable channel. But getting carried on cable systems would be expensive and time-consuming.
Instead, Trump is considering a digital media channel that would stream online, which would be cheaper and quicker to start.
Trump’s digital offering would likely charge a monthly fee to MAGA fans. Many are Fox News viewers, and he’d aim to replace the network — and the $5.99-a-month Fox Nation streaming service, which has an 85% conversion rate from free trials to paid subscribers — as their top destination.
Trump’s database of email and cellphone contacts would be a huge head start.

Trump’s lists are among the most valuable in politics — especially his extensive database of cellphone numbers for text messages.
Axios is told Trump may use vote-count rallies to undercut Fox.

“He’s going to spend a lot of time slamming Fox,” the source said.
Newsmax TV’s viewership has skyrocketed since the election with many people choosing the station over Fox. The company also saw a spike in downloads for its app and a lot more visits to its website:”
