Peter’s Pack of Pickled Pigskin Picks 2020- Week 6
This week is different. Idaho Mike won the game last week and I told him, as I usually do, to pick the tie breaker game. I said, “What’ll it be, Mike?” He misunderstood and picked all 10 games. (Nepotism!) That’s okay, he hasn’t done this very often. It saved me a little time. I did change a couple of his games. When I do the Pillow Fight, I base it on the ESPN.com Bottom 10, which lists the worst college football teams. So I try to get two teams with fewer than 2 wins. His choice was okay, but I moved it up to the # 5 position here, removing a gimmie game, and picked two losing teams. So, I hope he doesn’t mind.
Whatever your picks, you have until NOON EDT Saturday to select all 10 winners and the score of the tie breaker. (Good choice, by the way, Mike.)
1. Tennessee @ Georgia
2. Florida State @ Notre Dame
3. Texas Tech @ Iowa State

5. Central Arkansas @ Arkansas State

7. Virginia Tech @ North Carolina
8. North Carolina State @ Virginia
9. Pillow Fight: Middle Tennessee (0-4) @ Florida International (0-1)

WELL! Mike had the Mizzou-LSU game as a choice, which I thought would be an LSU blowout, knowing how Mizzou often blows the big games. But, Mizzou came thru with an upset. I should left that game there and picked Mizzou, ’cause then I’d have one point ofver everyone else.
You weren’t led that far astray, mumsee. You got the closest on the tie breaker (13 points off) and tied with Mike (obviously) with 7 correct games. But, alas, Chas and I tied with 8 correct. Since I was closer on the tie breaker (14 off to his 38),I win. By the way, Clemson won the game 42-17. As for the others, Janice had 6 and AJ 5.
We’re just 2 weeks away from the B1G Ten (finally) joining the fun, and 4 weeks from the PAC-12.
Mumsee, were you one of those kids who would copy from someone else and then complain your grade was unfair (because it turned out you copied from someone who hadn’t studied either)? Mike didn’t “lead” you anywhere on this thread; you chose to follow.

Nope; I was expecting an upset and was going to pick Mizzou myself.

I believe I have been led astray. Again.

Gamecocks played a good game.
