The Birth of Jesus
Luke 2:1-5
¹In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2 (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 And everyone went to their own town to register.
4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child.

Wonderful to have a couple of the boys home for a few days.
Nice to have the sinus infection addressed.
Good to have the paternity test results, kind of what we had expected.
Great to see pics of the mommy and daddy in Boise holding their growing little tiny ones.
So very thankful that God sent His Son to pay the price and to admit me into His family. And to see His workings throughout my life, bringing me to a better understanding of Him.
Knowing that He is doing the same in so many others and Heaven is going to be a blast.

Mumsee – So now that it is known that the boyfriend is not the father, are he and his parents stepping out of the picture?

Kizzie, yes. And daughter learned from our government system that it is best she not know who the dad is. That way, she can eventually get benefits but if she does know and does not pursue child support, she would be dropped from the system. Which makes sense but is a deterrent to truthfulness. But in her case, she well may not know. She was on tinder.

Yesterday’s update from Josh’s mom:
“Update for Josh Barnett. No sedation. EEG this afternoon showed no seizure activity! Praise God! They had put him back on Propofol until the results were read. It has now been reduced to half for a couple of hours or so and then next step is to wake him up and take tube out. Your prayers are keeping us going and we love you all for them. Asking for them to continue ❤️ thank you all for sharing our requests as well.”

Another update:
“Today is the day we celebrate God’s gift of His Son. Right now we need another miracle. I am asking for immediate prayers. Joshua just had another seizure. They just had taken him for a CT scan as he still hasn’t come fully awake. That showed normal, but then a seizure. They are doing a spinal tap to make sure nothing there, then an MRI. He is back on sedatives. Please please pray for complete healing for his body.”
