It’s Wednesday, so don’t forget Ajissun and the folks in The Gambia.
Anyone else?
Psalm 101
Of David. A psalm.
1 I will sing of your love and justice;
to you, Lord, I will sing praise.
2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life—
when will you come to me?
I will conduct the affairs of my house
with a blameless heart.
3 I will not look with approval
on anything that is vile.
I hate what faithless people do;
I will have no part in it.
4 The perverse of heart shall be far from me;
I will have nothing to do with what is evil.
5 Whoever slanders their neighbor in secret,
I will put to silence;
whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart,
I will not tolerate.
6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land,
that they may dwell with me;
the one whose walk is blameless
will minister to me.
7 No one who practices deceit
will dwell in my house;
no one who speaks falsely
will stand in my presence.
8 Every morning I will put to silence
all the wicked in the land;
I will cut off every evildoer
from the city of the Lord.
Please keep my daughter, Amy, in prayer. She is having surgery today. I will be here with her till Saturday. The engine light on the car came on between Tatum and Lovington. Last time it was the thermostat. I will sneak away to get it checked on Thursday r Friday while the SIL is here and the grands are in school.

Praying for Amy, RKessler.
I’d appreciate continued prayers as I contemplate the job offer I mentioned last week. I’m pretty close to deciding one way or the other, but there are things out of my hands that are delaying the final decision, making me antsy. As always, prayers for wisdom and patience. Thanks.

Dr reported all went well with the surgery. She had significant endometriosis with lots of scarring. Said she should feel much better overall once she recovers. Still waiting for her to get out of recovery and get to her room. Thank you for the prayers.

Glad to hear the surgery went well, RK.

Please pray that the antibiotics are doing what they should be doing. I finished the five-day z-pack today, and still have five days left on the other antibiotic. I think there is improvement, but I still don’t feel well, and there is still the coughing (although I think it is gradually lessening). The past couple days I have been quite lightheaded at times, which has me wondering if that could be due to the meds. I don’t know, though.

Re: Engine lights. If it is red: stop until you discover the cause. You could ruin your car easily. (OTTOH, for me recently, it was because I left the trunk open. Easy to fix that.)
If it is a yellow light. Have some examine it ASAP. But you can drive it.

Babies continue to improve. Sounds like the line going to baby girl’s belly button will move to a line in her arm though she will stay on the ventilator as they wait to see how she reacts to the change.
Baby boy is trying to catch up with his sister on the ventilator and they are hoping to get him off soon as well. They both are to get scans on their brains tonight to see how things are going in there.
Son in law has to catch his flight back to Okinawa next week, no delays. She will be here with ten month old and unable to lift him for the first six weeks. So we are thinking of moving into her room with her, if we can and we think it will work as they are set up with several beds We will stay until son in law can get the move taken care of and get his curtailment and reassignment. Maybe a month, maybe less, maybe more. Or his best friend’s mom will come help out. We will see what works. Prayer for wisdom and planning.
