  1. Coincidence?

Working from the same anti-American script?

  2. Another false leftist narrative bites the dust. Blaming Trump for what Barry did, then claiming Trump’s a racist because of what Barry did. Again…..

“No, the Trump Administration Did Not Delay the Harriet Tubman $20 Bill Redesign

Obama officials said the plan was always to release the new bill in 2030.”

“The mainstream media continues stretching the truth to blame every little thing on Trump and ignoring any missteps made by their messiah President Barack Obama.

The left and mainstream media ran with the narrative that Trump’s administration delayed putting Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill. The truth remained buried, which has led Obama officials to remind people that his administration caused the redesign delay.

Three officials from Obama’s administration, including one who from President George Bush’s administration who stayed on with Obama, told The Washington Post that they delayed the redesign (emphasis mine):

In 2016, President’s Obama Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said a “final concept design” of the Tubman $20 would be released in 2020. He asked the government to accelerate the process of the redesign, saying the new look would be released by 2020, the 100th anniversary of women winning the right to vote.

But inside the agency, some government officials doubted that deadline could be met. A confidential 2013 report by the Advanced Counterfeit Deterrence committee, an interagency group that oversees the redesign of U.S. currency, said the $20 would not enter circulation until 2030, similar to the timeline announced by the Trump administration, according to Larry R. Felix, director of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing from 2006 to 2015.

Of course, the WaPo could not help but take shots at the Trump administration. The article states that Secretary of Treasury Steven “Mnuchin has not shown the enthusiasm for putting Tubman on the $20 that his predecessor did — and Trump has previously dismissed the effort.””

Again, the WaPo hits the bottom, and keeps digging.

  3. A leaker and a liar, so of course our press treated him like a truthful, honest man. Not.

At least this one isn’t our problem. 🙂

“Ousted UK ambassador leaked US intelligence”

“Leaked U.K. diplomatic cables critical of President Trump have led Britain’s ambassador, Sir Kim Darroch, to announce his departure from Washington earlier than expected. But the story is not yet concluded.

According to one current and one former U.S. government official speaking on the condition of anonymity, Darroch repeatedly leaked classified U.S. intelligence information, including highly classified information, to a journalist for a U.S.-based media outlet. The sources are confirmed by the reaction my related inquiries have received from other government officials.

These leaks are unrelated to the diplomatic cables which sparked Trump’s anger and Darroch’s departure.

Still, one source says that the U.S. government was so alarmed by Darroch’s leaks that it launched an official investigation to find the source of the information. That source described the leaked intelligence as “very sensitive,” and suggested that exigent U.S. security concerns motivated the investigation. That source says that non-U.S. government derived records showed the ambassador and journalist exchanging messages on a continuing basis. The source emphasized that these communications were not derived from U.S. government actions.

A second source, a career government official, described the leaks as “unprecedented.”

The Washington Examiner has been unable to confirm how long any investigation continued or whether it has since been suspended. But concern inside the U.S. government over the leaks was significant.”

  4. He’s just saying what most R’s already believe, because it’s true. And there was nothing “racial” about it.

” Support for U.S. President Donald Trump increased slightly among Republicans after he lashed out on Twitter over the weekend in a racially charged attack on four minority Democratic congresswomen, a Reuters/Ipsos public opinion poll shows.”

The national survey, conducted on Monday and Tuesday after Trump told the lawmakers they should “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came,” showed his net approval among members of his Republican Party rose by 5 percentage points to 72%, compared with a similar poll that ran last week.

Trump, who is seeking re-election next year, has lost support, however, with Democrats and independents since the Sunday tweetstorm.”

““To Republicans, Trump is simply saying: ‘Hey, if you don’t like America, you can leave,” Hutchings said. “That is not at all controversial. If you already support Trump, then it’s very easy to interpret his comments that way.”

By criticizing liberal members of the House, Trump is “doing exactly what Republicans want him to do,” Hutchings said. “He’s taking on groups that they oppose.”

The Reuters/Ipsos poll was conducted online in English and gathered responses from 1,113 adults, including 478 Democrats and 406 Republicans in the United States. It has a credibility interval, a measure of precision, of 3 percentage points for the entire group and 5 points for Democrats or Republicans.”

  5. Taking one for the team.

“Kellyanne Conway, a senior adviser to President Trump, gave a long interview to Fox News Tuesday morning. She came in hot and didn’t slow down long enough to cool off. The interview stretched to seven and a half minutes.

Talking to FNC anchors Bill Hemmer and Sandra Smith, not only did Kellyanne directly respond to the press conference given by AOC’s Squad Monday afternoon but she also went into policy initiatives, her time working with President Trump, her visit to the southern border last week, the congressional subpoena she received, and her husband’s op-ed calling President Trump a racist. Whew.”

“Conway took a hard pass on appearing before the House Oversight Committee Monday on allegations she violated the Hatch Act. Not because she wanted to ignore the subpoena to appear, you see, but because it’s a well-established precedent for senior advisers to presidents, from both parties, to be immune to such subpoenas.

A report from a special counsel found in June that Conway violated the Hatch Act by “disparaging Democratic presidential candidates while speaking in her official capacity during television interviews and on social media,” and recommended she be fired.

Conway said Democrats are “trying to harass and embarrass people closest to the president,” claiming there is a “longstanding bipartisan precedent” that immunity can be claimed by a president’s senior advisers.

“This is about me going on TV and stating facts,” she said.

She said she is just doing her job. “I’m taking one for the team.” She’s also said she has done nothing wrong.

On the president’s tweets about Americans going back to their countries, aimed at the Squad, Conway let it rip. She noted that the four women at that press conference Monday afternoon – AOC and Reps. Tlaib, Pressley, and Omar – were the only members of the House to vote against the emergency funding for the humanitarian crisis at the southern border. “They have no moral authority to ever talk about the border and the kids and the humanitarian crisis there.” She mentioned that she visited the border last week and was told the additional funding is already helping there.

The usual cries of racism about President Trump from the far left ideologues are “getting tired”, she said. It is not just the Squad, either, that is tiresome. It is also all those who disrespect the American flag by not reciting the Pledge of Allegiance or taking a knee, and those who tear down the American flag in protest only to replace it with a Mexican flag.

“It’s always racism, sexism and xenophobia and it’s getting tired,” said Conway, adding the so-called “Squad” has “done squat in Congress.”

She said the White House is tired of the “disrespect” shown to America by some on the left, including those who don’t respect the military or the flag. Conway claimed the media refuses to call out the progressive members for their extreme views.

“Where is the press? Stop falling down on the job. Stop being so afraid of and so adoring of four people who got here a few months ago,” said Conway.

Conway asked a question that many Americans ask – “Why the hell can’t we call out anti-Semitism?” – of the Democrats. “We are sick and tired of many people.””

  6. All the commotion and carrying on does not bother me nearly so much as the idea that these four women happen to be in our legislative body.
This could not have happened 30 years ago.
    Makes Pelosi seem sensible.
That’s what worries me most about our future.
I pray for my grandkids every day.

  7. Something just occurred to me that I haven’t heard any of the talking heads mention before.
It may be that the Democrats, especially those women, are just baiting Trump. He would take the bate.
As I’ve said a million times before: I like everything he’s doing.
But he’s basically a hothead. He will take the bait.

  8. Chas,

The president and his early morning tweets usually set the tone for the news cycle of the day. He trolls the media daily. He eggs them on. It’s Trump who throws the bait out, and they keep biting. 🙂

Like this. He set the whole thing off by pointing out The Squad’s own words, and where they’ve told us their loyalties lie. (It’s not with the US) For that he is called a racist. They expose themselves with this stuff, the media too. It isn’t hurting Trump one bit, except with the people who already weren’t going to vote for him. Trump loses nothing by playing this game.

The only thing lost is what little credibility the Dems and media who continue to cry wolf have left. It is they who keep exposing their true colors for all to see. Trump may look a little mean, but they keep exposing themselves as the leftist, out of touch with voters, radicals they really are. If The Squad is nothing else, they are Trump’s useful idiots. 🙂

Finally we have a president who understands the game, and he’s outplaying them at it. 🙂

    I. Want. More. Of. This.

  9. Pass the popcorn. 🙂

    Pelosi has lost control. 🙂

“House Democrats have officially pushed Speaker Nancy Pelosi to schedule a vote considering articles of impeachment for President Trump. The vote will take place Wednesday and is being spearheaded by Texas Democrat Al Green.

Green is no stranger to articles of impeachment for President Trump and has introduced them multiple times on the House floor. They’ve never received a vote. Last night he did it again, leading to a full House vote later today. ”

  10. Like I said, it just exposes them for the radicals they are.

So they don’t regret calling Trump a @#$#%$#@#$%, or their anti-Semitic ways.

    Good to know.

THIS is who they are, unapologetic bigots and radicals.

Sorry, but it will not let me edit the tweet that exposes her foul mouthed quote.

    I edited this post

I just couldn’t do it. It’s too obvious a violation of the rules. If you click his tweet in the post right above this one, you can see the thread and video of her foul mouth (and her pathetic justification) and the unapologetic anti-Semitism of the other.

  12. Update on a story from yesterday. 19 of the 22 are illegals. There was already little doubt of their status, but confirmation is good.

” Federal racketeering, murder and other charges were filed against 22 suspected MS-13 gang members who law enforcement officials believe are linked to a series of grisly killings involving baseball bats, machetes and other tools of “medieval-style” violence, authorities said Tuesday.

Nineteen of those indicted are considered illegal immigrants, and most of the group’s members arrived in the U.S. in the past four years from Central America. All but two are under the age of 24, Nicola Hanna, the U.S. Attorney for Los Angeles, announced at a news conference. Most, he added, participated in the “killing spree.”

The arrests – the last came over the weekend – capped a two-year investigation. While President Donald Trump has singled out MS-13 as a threat to public safety in the making the case for tighter security along the Mexican border, Hanna said the defendants mostly preyed upon other recent immigrants who they believed were rivals.”

MS-13 “has been named as one of the top five transnational threats to the U.S.,” Hanna said. “MS-13 has spread like a cancer … throughout the U.S.””

    Thank Obama and Democrats.

  13. Nice.

A challenger for AOC, and one that will make it hard to play identity politics with. 🙂

“Ocasio-Cortez gets new 2020 challenger: a Republican immigrant from Jamaica”

“Scherie Murray, a New York businesswoman who immigrated from Jamaica as a child and is active in state Republican politics, is launching a campaign Wednesday for the congressional seat held by Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Fox News has learned.

In a phone interview, Murray, 38, confirmed her intention to run for the New York congressional seat as a Republican.

“There is a crisis in Queens, and it’s called AOC,” Murray told Fox News. “And instead of focusing on us, she’s focusing on being famous. Mainly rolling back progress and authoring the job-killing Green New Deal and killing the Amazon New York deal.”

Murray, who was born in Jamaica and moved to the United States when she was 9, is officially launching her campaign Wednesday with an introductory video that takes sharp jabs at the 29-year-old Ocasio-Cortez.”

  14. Chas,

    See. 🙂

  15. You need some aloe for that burn?

  16. DJ,

The Babylon Bee is officially now reporting straight news. 🙂

    Or they’re prophetic.

As the Bee predicted, the Trump and the RNC are using their own words as a strategy. Just show people who they really are.

  17. I see from the last few days that some members of the left have endorsed 2nd ammendment solutions. I’m sure the Bundy ranch is nodding in approval as these groups fight the tyranny of federal government……probably not.

It’s been said the only way for Republicans to endorse gun control was for left wing anarchists and blacks to arm themselves. Gov. Reagan endorsed gun control once the Black Panthers armed themselves and patrolled Oakland.

  18. Not much to say about Trump’s latest outbursts. As Lindsey Graham said in 2016, Trump is a racist xenophobic bigot. I don’t need any new tweets to confirm it.

Interesting to watch how some Republicans defend him…they attack the four ladies but make no defense of his tweets. Much easier to mouth Mccarthyite phrases than attempts a sane explanation of the White House.

The White House as the UK ambassador points out is a chaotic mess. And the head of the mess is a buffoon. His words and tweets are not a style nor are they part of some strategic game. He’s just trolling to amuse himself and fire up the base.

Given his outburst managed to unite a fractious Democratic party, strategy is not at play here. As the polls point out, he may have solidified his base but the independents are leaving and the Democrats are now united and motivated. Latest polls put Biden, Warren and Sanders all ahead of Trump.

  19. Quoting the four ladies in political ads may backfire. By making their words and ideas part of the discourse, the centre may move, they will get free publicity and their policy ideas will be part of conversation in interviews etc. No such thing as bad publicity.

For example; concentration camps. The term, along with American gulag, has been in use for years on the left side of the internet. The current publicity given to the term will force the conversation in a certain direction. A direction the left will like.

Btw. It’s not anti-Semitic to use the term. The term has been used by western media to describe Chinese ” reeducation and vocational camps” in the Uighur region. Noone objected then to the term.

  20. Sorry, we won’t be calling for gun control.

We’ll need those guns when the violent left finally gets up the nerve to try something stupid on a large scale.

    Oh he’s racist?

    That’s the first I’d heard…. 🙄

    Not. Get some new material…..

I usually reserve that term for women who don’t use the term mother…… and then say, oh it’s just how we talk where I’m from….

Foul mouthed skank is the term you’re looking for.

    United Dems?

    Ha! Now that’s funny.

I don’t think that word means what you think it means…… 🤣😂🤣

  21. US History suggests gun control becomes acceptable when blacks and leftist arm themselves. It will be interesting to see what happens.

  22. Unfortunately, it’s nothing new that Trump spews racism and it’s nothing new that he retains support. It’s an indication of the lowering of political discourse and vulgarity of his presidency.

  23. Skank? Really? You issue content warnings and then call someone a skank? These are strong opinated women. You may not like their opinions and ideas but that doesnt excuse vulgarity. The use of a sexual deragatory term is frequently used by men who are scared of strong women. This may not be your motivation but why not use a less vulgar term instead of questioning their sexual behaviour?.

  24. skank
    a sleazy or unpleasant person.
a steady-paced dance performed to reggae music, characterized by rhythmically bending forward, raising the knees, and extending the hands palms-downward.

    Unpleasant person.

Accurate. Not sorry. Perhaps you and Kizzie should learn the definition. No one is implying sleazy, but that’s where your minds went. It has other meanings too. Now you know.

    You’re welcome.
