Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 119:105-112

נ Nun

¹⁰⁵Your word is a lamp for my feet,
    a light on my path.
¹⁰⁶I have taken an oath and confirmed it,
    that I will follow your righteous laws.
¹⁰⁷I have suffered much;
    preserve my life, Lord, according to your word.
¹⁰⁸Accept, Lord, the willing praise of my mouth,
    and teach me your laws.
¹⁰⁹Though I constantly take my life in my hands,
    I will not forget your law.
¹¹⁰The wicked have set a snare for me,
    but I have not strayed from your precepts.
¹¹¹Your statutes are my heritage forever;
    they are the joy of my heart.
¹¹²My heart is set on keeping your decrees
    to the very end.

Prayer for twenty two year old. She may have done something to her ankle when jumping out of the truck and then more when she tripped over a rock. Sprained probably, cracked possibly.

Also, at the counseling center yesterday, we watched a video of the first trimester. It was pointed out that drugs are residual and can do damage well after taken. It finally sank in that her “heavy marijuana use” may have already had an effect on her baby. What is done is done but she actually seems to have had some remorse. That is a very good thing. Hopefully, she is coming back to reality. Pray that her eyes would be opened to the Love that is before her.

And that God will heal her baby of any bad effects from that marijuana use, and she will recognize that as His mercy.

We have already discussed His mercy in giving her a dui and probation which made her stop the drinking and drugging before she got pregnant or just as.

My oldest son, who is spending his paternity leave on vacation with his family (baby is nearly 9 months old now!), banged his head on the van’s lift gate and has a concussion–the second one he’s had in two years (the first was being struck in the facemask while umping baseball–which he continues to do).

He’s spending this week with the rest of his family at VBs (they don’t even attend our church but participate in VBS!) and is outside with me in outdoor rec–easy.

Please pray it heals. He does need to return to his job next week.

Stargazer, meanwhile, had a good interview for a job he doesn’t want and has another one lined up with T-Mobile later this week in Seattle–where he lives and wants to continue living.

I just want him to get a job. But I’ve said that before.

Continued prayers for Ann. I think she said last week that results from her biopsy (on June 11th, I believe) would take 3 to 5 business days to come in. That would make today the 5th business day after the appt. Prayers for peace in the waiting.

Prayers for 2nd Arrow and her husband, regarding their (current non-)walk with the Lord, as far as we can see. Reasons or excuses? They always seem to have something of the sort.
