Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. 2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. 3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, 4 praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, 5 praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
I’d appreciate prayers that I would be able to think well on my feet tonight when I teach my new piano student for the first time. He’s a transfer student — meaning he’s already studied with someone else — and though his mom has filled me in on some of the challenges he’s had musically, there are always a number of quick decisions a teacher must make on the spot to use the first lesson period productively with a transfer student whose actual skill level is mostly unknown.

Thanks.
