Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 114
1 When Israel came out of Egypt,
Jacob from a people of foreign tongue,
2 Judah became God’s sanctuary,
Israel his dominion.
3 The sea looked and fled,
the Jordan turned back;
4 the mountains leaped like rams,
the hills like lambs.
5 Why was it, sea, that you fled?
Why, Jordan, did you turn back?
6 Why, mountains, did you leap like rams,
you hills, like lambs?
7 Tremble, earth, at the presence of the Lord,
at the presence of the God of Jacob,
8 who turned the rock into a pool,
the hard rock into springs of water.
Prayer for husband as he deals with his dad and step mom. It can be rather loud there, much louder than here with eleven children in the house. Lots of yelling and trying to talk over the very loud television. And it was my idea that he go. It is nice he and his sister can do this sort of thing together. They have chores for him to do while there. Prayer that his physical abilities will hold out to be of some help to them.

I have a god son, who is in his late twenties, early thirties and in ill health. He is diabetic and has MS.His name is Nick. He had a mother with drug issues and was kind of raised by friends of mine. He is not making good choices to see the least. He has been told the gospel over and over, but refuses to accept it.
He was sent to the hospital by an eye doctor, because the pressure in his eye was so severe and he needed surgery. He went, but then refused the surgery. He finally just checked out and got a cab home. He cannot walk and is in a wheelchair.
His biggest need is for the Lord. His next is to get a grip on his diabetes by lifestyle choices. He suffers from depression, as well, but this seems to be mostly very poor thinking.
Many of us have been praying for him and his sister who also is quite lost. Please pray with me for him today.

I hesitate to mention this, but know that some of you are aware of our situation with our younger son. We found out, indirectly, this week that he has a son (in addition to the daughter we knew about). Since we were always assuming it was a possibility, it wasn’t a complete surprise but it hammers home the pain we feel over the estrangement.

Standing with you, arms upraised, to the Giver of all. May He soothe your hearts, buttress your prayers, and heal the rift.

Linda – Recently, I wrote something to Kim regarding BG (I think I said that I wanted to give her a big hug). I wanted to include you in that, but I didn’t know others knew about the situation, so I didn’t say anything. But I was definitely hugging you, too, in my heart.

Praying for you and yours, Linda, though I’m one who isn’t aware of the situation you allude to. God knows, and I will continue praying.

Husband is having a tough time. His dad is yelling at him to do more as they only have a couple of days. He wants the molding up in the guest bathroom. And stepmom’s grandson came by and wanted computer help. And and and….
His dad learned not to yell at me a long time ago.
