It’s Thursday, so don’t forget to pray for Jo, her students, and the people of PNG.
Anyone else?
Psalm 8
1 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory
in the heavens.
2 Through the praise of children and infants
you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.
3 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
5 You have made them a little lower than the angels
and crowned them with glory and honor.
6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands;
you put everything under their feet:
7 all flocks and herds,
and the animals of the wild,
8 the birds in the sky,
and the fish in the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.
9 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
I know I don’t have to remind you, but I will anyway. Please remember BG in your prayers. She started throwing up again last night. They had a prescription for an antibiotic and nausea medication but did not have a second pump stand to start the drip. They told me that at 3pm yesterday but did not locate a pump until after 9:30 when she had started vomiting again. Her dad is parent on duty this morning and hopefully he will get to speak with the doctors. I will go back over this afternoon.
We could be looking at some deeper issues like an eating disorder.

Came here first thing to see how our BG is doing. So many prayers for her. I know how miserable my niece gets with her CVS. There are only a couple of specialists in that in the whole country. I pray for wisdom for all those people to find what is really going on her life. I pray for her heart to soften and that she will seek the real need of her life.
Prayers for you, too, Kim. None of that is easy to go through. 😦

Praying that the surgery will go well for BG and that she will see that change needs to happen in her life.
Update on Kaitlyn: She’s still an outpatient, she’s lost a lot of weight, but has energy in spurts to do stuff like going to the Youth for Christ hockey gathering last night (she played on a boy’s team when she was 17 and loves hockey). Her plan was to coach these youth part time this winter.
Her main problem right now is continued nose bleeds. She is injecting herself every day with blood thinners to prevent blood clots in her lungs, but that combined with the oxygen making her nose dry is causing quite a few nose bleeds per day and night. Her last chemo for this round is March 27th. They are planning 6 rounds of chemo.
