As if there isn’t enough going on… During all the scanning, x-raying, poking, prodding, and everything else they did to Mr. P before inserting the trial stimulator, they found a spot on his lung. He is off this morning to Pensacola for some additional blood work and possible testing to see what it is. He has never been a smoker.
Also at 1:30 Central today one of the Buttercups (remember that was my team at JH Ranch) is having a lumpectomy to remove cancer from her breast. Her doctors feel this will be sufficient with whatever treatment afterwards. She told us all last night that her girl friends at home had a “prayer covering” for her and the Holy Spirit was there. She is at peace with this decision but we are all praying for her today if you would like to join me.
Also please remember the young man who attempted suicide and his family.
The young man is awake. He has forgotten some things, like people’s names. He tires easily and drifts off to sleep. Deep sigh. A much better outcome than I was preparing myself for. I think BG will be able to handle it better now than if the worst had happened. Don’t you know that is one relieved set of parents?
Piano student (and her mom) and several others from my student’s high school return from Europe tomorrow. I don’t know what time they’re due back in the States, but it’s already tomorrow in Europe, so prayers for safe travels any time you might see this are appreciated. Thanks.

I saw BG this morning. They may try to take him off the ventilator today,

Everything went well with the friend who had the lumpectomy today. The doctors think they got everything and right now–no chemo.
