  1. I mentioned on the Daily site that I was completely enervated.
I tried to turn on TV last night to relax.
    TRUMP
When I see that man, all I see is an evil mouth.
That’s what I saw last night. an evil mouth.
He was telling how bad Kasich is.
    “He can’t even eat right”.
    A thousand idiots holler “Yealhhhhh”
    Think about it?
What’s about “He can’t even eat right” brings on a “Yeahhh”?

Ricky may be right. God may be bringing judgment on this nation.
I tried to think out several outcomes from this.
    None of them are good.

We don’t need another Billy Graham this time.
    We need Elijah.

    😥

  2. Chas, I recommend the NBA. My team (the OKC Thunder) is getting ready to play Tychicus’ and my son’s team (the San Antonio Spurs). Both teams are great. Unlike in politics, the buffoons (Mark Cuban and his Mavericks) are eliminated in the first round.

Ditch the ignorant Trumpkins of FoxNews. Say hello to the NBA on TNT.

  3. See, this is the problem with Hollywood. Just shut up already. They’re just feeding the beast.

“Donald Trump on Tuesday fired back at Lena Dunham after the “Girls” actress promised to move to Canada should the Republican front-runner become president.

“Well she’s a B-actor and, you know, has no mojo,” Trump said during a phone interview on “Fox and Friends.”

“I heard Whoopi Goldberg said that too. That would be a great, great thing for our country,” Trump continued, as a host interjected with a list of celebrities who have said they’ll leave the country.

“We’ll get rid of Rosie [O’Donnell]. Oh I love it. Now I have to get elected, because I’ll be doing a great service to our country,” Trump said.”

Sadly, it’s hard to disagree with him. 🙂

  4. This one is not going to go over well with Ricky…. 😯

It seems Texas has been infiltrated as well…. 🙂

“In addition to Trump University, Donald Trump may now have an elementary school named after him in Austin, Texas if community members have their say.

Last month, the Austin Independent School District voted to rename Robert E. Lee Elementary School and asked the public for their input. Of the 228 names suggested, Donald J. Trump Elementary was at the top of the list with 45 nominations.

Many wanted to keep the name, and 47 nominations were for Robert E. Lee or slight variations. Some also suggested Leadership & Excellence in Education, which has the initials of LEE. Two nominations were made for The Elementary School Formerly Known as Robert E. Lee.

The Adolf Hitler School for Friendship and Tolerance made the top 10 list with eight nominations. Other nominations focused on celebrities, such as John Cena and Kanye West, and dictators including Kim Il-Sung, Raul Castro, and Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.”

Some were obviously jokes, but I doubt the Trump voters were.

  5. Crazy year.

And it looks more and more likely that Trump will manage to get the delegates (or close enough to it) needed for the first-ballot nomination.

He appears to have healthy leads in virtually every state tomorrow night & in Indiana (where it’s a bit closer, granted) and California to boot. No one else (meaning neither Cruz nor Kasich) seems to be be getting any significant traction with voters as an alternative. (Even though Cruz has garnered under 40% support overall over the course of all the primaries and caucuses.)

    Who’d have ever thought? … 🙄

    Sigh.

  6. Interesting, big voter registration surge in California.

    Thank Trump:

… Ever since Trump began dominating the 2016 news cycle, Democrats have been salivating over the prospect of record engagement among young voters and Latinos. Now, there’s some evidence that surge may be arriving, with potentially disastrous consequences for the GOP.

California political data guru Paul Mitchell sounded a siren late last week, observing in the Sacramento-based Capitol Weekly that new voter registrations doubled among Latinos, rose 150 percent among young voters and tripled among Democrats compared to this point in 2012. …

(If this starts happening in other states) … Republicans could be headed for the electoral apocalypse many Democrats have predicted.

  7. Yes, Chas. Fort Worth is still Texas. Maybe not as Texas as Lubbock or San Angelo, but much more Texas than Dallas (which might be Chicago), Houston (which might be Nairobi) or San Antonio (which might be Monterrey or Saltillo).
