Many left-wing publications and pundits are doing their utmost to promote this line in order to generate support for America taking in thousands of Syrian refugees.”
“If it wasn’t for the Syrian refugee debate, sites like HuffPo, Salon and others would be running their usual “Happy Genocide Day” coverage and dumping vitriol on the poor settlers who forged this nation.”
“But the implication behind the word refugee is that indicates someone fleeing from danger to safety.
With that in mind, here’s five reasons why the Pilgrims were definitely not like today’s refugees/”
While some want to allow refugees/immigrants for perfectly reasonable reasons, some are exploiting them. And if they’re not doing a good job vetting those taking in the refugees who are easily investigated because they’re in the US, what makes you think the process is any better when they have no reliable foreign source to get info to vet with?
“The administration has been placing youths illegally crossing over the Mexico-U.S. border with guardians with criminal histories including domestic violence, homicide, child molestation, sexual assault and human trafficking, a whistleblower has told two senators, Iowa’s Chuck Grassley and Texas Sen. John Cornyn.
In a release and letter to the secretaries of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, the duo revealed the shocking details from the whistleblower who went to Grassley’s Senate Judiciary Committee after his Homeland supervisors ignored his allegations.
The administration’s handling of the unaccompanied alien children, who have been fleeing Latin America in record numbers for two years, is already controversial, but the new charges of kids being placed with molesters and human traffickers is sure to draw new criticism of President Obama’s open-door policies.
The senators said that at least 12 percent, or 3,400, of 29,000 guardians listed in a government database have criminal records. The senators charge that the government has done a lousy job vetting the guardians, an ominous record as the president claims his team can vet terrorists out of incoming Syrian refugees.”
“According to the senators, the whistleblower raised questions about several children placed not with their parents or family guardians but essentially slave lords.”

I don’t trust our govt. to get this right, and doubt they even want to.
“Obama found another way to keep us from fighting terrorism. US law enforcement who interview Syrian refugees are banned from asking questions about the person’s religious affiliations or beliefs. This came down from Obama-on-high in the form of a policy memorandum.
It has become increasingly difficult for the FBI to find out the most key information from refugees out of Political Correctness.
The ACLU is almost always behind these changes and Obama is only too glad to cooperate because he is one of them.
“These gradual but severe restrictions were coupled with a simultaneous reduction in accurate, fact-based training to address the nature of the threat we face, leaving us inadequately prepared for the challenges we face today,” a government source familiar with national security told The Daily Caller.
DHS officers probably can’t ask if they are members of al-Qaida, the Muslim Brotherhood, Boko Haram and so on. Barack Obama is and has been very supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood despite the fact that they are a terrorist group serving as the umbrella organization for most other Muslim terrorist groups. They are the PR people.
The interviewers would not be able to ask about views towards various terrorists, some operating out of mosques in the US. The Ft. Hood shooter wouldn’t have been able to be asked about religion. He sent emails to Amwar Awlaki, an American and former imam, which made it clear that the shooter was a terrorist to all but Obama. That and his shouting Allahu Akbar.
It’s how they uncovered evidence around all terrorist activities – looking at associations. Interviews no longer include any intimidation techniques and now when the FBI interviews, they can’t ask the pertinent questions.”
And Planned Parenthood has already launched an “I Stand With PP” fundraising pitch on Twitter off of it. You know the liberal manta…. “Never let a crisis go to waste…” 🙄
People might still be dying or in danger, and they’re makin’ money off of it. They deal in death, and benefit financially from it. I guess it doesn’t matter how victims die at their clinics, they still seek to turn a profit.
But it sounds like the clinic was the point, though we don’t know yet.
I heard many of the staff and patients went to a “safe house” that had been constructed which really is a pretty good idea — for schools, I’m thinking.

Good news, the shooter has been captured.
