I sse that the FCC has implemented Net Neutrality. This, as in all Obama administration programs, is exactly the opposite of the name.
The Federal Communications Commission is a government regulatory agency.
A little tutorial on government regulatory agencies.
Q. What is the purpose of a regulatory agency?
No! Not regulate. It is to expand its organization and the scope of its mission.
The secondary mission is to regulate. It expands by regulating. And regulate, it will.
Q. What happens when it runs out of things to regulate?
Dumb question. They never run out of things to regulate. It’s always something.
You would think the EPA was finished when it reduced smog in LA.
No, they have closed the 60 watt light manufacturing plant in Winchester, Va. So we can buy mercury bulbs from China.
They have reduced the size of cars.
They prevented the Hendersonville Lions from having the blind ducky race.
There is nothing that can’t be regulated. Including the size of your soft drink.
I notice when I spread peanut butter on saltine crackers now, the cracker is likely to crumble in my hands. That is a recent phenomenon. I suspect regulations have something to do with that.
What happens is this: There is, in the FCC a branch, run by a GM-14 manager who sees after internet issues. Very few of these and the branch deals with whatever comes up.
We have to change that.
So, we crate a ruling, not sanctioned by Congress, to create “Net Neutrality”. That will bring on lots of issues that have to be dealt with. Issues that didn’t exist before, BTW. The added pressure will require that a new division is required, run by a GM-15 or even a SES (Senior Executive Service) position, with several GM-14 branch chiefs below him/her. We have now hired several dozen, to start, new government employees who, below the GS-12 grade will likely belong to the employees union which will support Democratic candidates.
The brother of two of the 21 Coptic Christians murdered in Libya used live television to thank their killers for including the men’s declaration of faith in the video of their execution.

It goes on.
