Prayer Requests 10-30-14

Today is Thursday, so please remember Jo and the folks in PNG.

Anyone else have something to share?

Psalm 119:1-17

¹Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.

Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.

13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.

15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

  1. Praying for you. I know we have a God who sees and who cares. Praying you will see the truth you need to see; do anything you need to do; rest in The Lord and have the Spirit’s fruit of peace. Praying that any others involved will also have all they need.

  2. kBells – This may or may not apply to your situation, so take it for what it’s worth, or reject it, if it doesn’t apply…

I have found that the way to reach that peace is to release to God my own expectations & desires for the situation I’m praying about, to fully & truly pray, “Above all else, Your will be done, Father.” Sometimes it takes a while, & a struggle, to get there.

Praying God will give you peace in your situation.
