Please keep 2nd Arrow in your prayers as she seeks to secure an internship. She is nearing the end of her Vet Tech studies, and internships are for eight weeks in April and May. She has applied at three different places (large cities in our region), but two of the doors have closed. (One discontinued their program — and I’m glad she’s not going there, as the crime rate is very high in that city — and the other, which she thought was the most likely she would get, has already filled up.)
The third place, which is the most ideal for a couple reasons, is the one she thought least likely to get, but wants the most. However, it may take six weeks before she hears if she got accepted, and it is three hours from here and five hours from where 2nd Arrow is currently living, so finding a place to live in that short a time could be very difficult.
She is applying for a fourth location now (and maybe more) in case the third one doesn’t come through. That is also hours away.
I don’t know why there is all this uncertainty this late in the game, but please pray that something will come through for her and that she’ll have adequate time to get situated in her new location, wherever that may be.
Ever since my interview on Wednesday I have asked you to pray that I make the right decision. It occurred to me just a little while ago, doing laundry that perhaps I shoulld also ask you to pray that the two men interviewing me make the right decision.
Oh, Michelle, hope that you can just sleep it off.
Please pray as I am doing Chapel for the entire school tomorrow. I am going to tell them the story of my trip back, complete with suitcases as props and a powerpoint. Pray that I will be sharing God’s goodness and that we need to thank Him in all circumstances.

Thanks for the prayers for Monica. The ER doctors got her blood pressure down and referred her to a PCP.
