Prayer Requests 7-4-13

Who can we pray for today?

Psalm 118:1-9

1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

Let them now that fear the Lord say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.

  1. Thank you, Lord, for all the wonderful blessings we have enjoyed in this country. Thank you for the freedom to worship freely, to assemble, to enjoy so many of the simple pleasures that others are forbidden in their countries. Thank you for the opportunities of provision that we have had, so that we can provide for our families and give to others. Help us to be aware of those blessings and be grateful for them everyday.
