Prayer Requests 6-29-13

Who has a request or praise to share today?

Psalm 113

1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.

Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.

The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,

Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;

That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.

  1. Pray for the situation with my church as mentioned in Rants and Raves.
Also pray for a development here that could affect the supply of funds to the team. It isn’t about donations, but transfers.

  2. Please pray for safe travel for me and my family today. Our flight departs at 4:00pm and we land around 7:00. Thanks!

Also, just to let y’all know, since we doubled the dosage of Becca’s corticosteroid two days ago, she hasn’t vomited. We have an appointment with an asthma specialist on Monday. Thanks for your prayers

I’m also requesting prayers for safety in travel and the situation I mentioned on yesterday’s prayer thread. Thank you.

  4. I sense a lot of discouragement among the people of God. Let’s continue our prayer for revival, mercy and grace.

In addition, let’s be generous. I, myself, have committed a lot of mistakes in the last few days that are haunting me and making it a challenge.

Hey, let’s rejoice and praise the Lord–that’s the antidote, right? 🙂

  6. Thank you all for your prayers. The work went well, as well as travel to and from.

We could use prayers for a certain 12-year-old who copped an attitude when it was time to leave her cousins today. We’ve been having some trouble with that lately from her.

  7. Welcome home, Annms, I have been thinking of you and yours as my seven year old is having difficulties with asthma. Sounds like you had a wonderful time though!
