Who can we pray for today?
Psalm 19:1-6
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
Please pray for me as I prepare and preach on John 12:12-26 this weekend. Thanks.

Thanks for your prayers yesterday. I worked 12 hours and called it a night. It’s amazing how exhausted you can get just sitting at a computer and thinking. 🙂
This morning I’ve got three hours until work. I just have to put everything together and shorten the 12 page synopsis to six.
Piece of cake.
Thanks.

Prayers for you Tychicus and continuing prayers for you as well, Michelle.
Re Baby Liam: We know that Our God does answer prayer. Many of the doctors and hospital staff are amazed at the outcome. When the surgeon came and talked to us after the surgery he said it was right there for him to remove. He could not asked for a better outcome. We believe that God placed it and directed the surgeon.
We want to thank you all for walking through this with us it has been an amazing journey of Faith we know it is not over yet but we feel that a mountain has been overcome. Melissa Shiach and I give all praise and all glory to our Heavenly Father who has been with us since the beginning and who will continue to be with us forever. We continue to pray for Liam that his recovery will be swift and complete.
Praising God for a wonderful answer to prayer.

Another update re Baby Liam: Liam is doing really well with his sugars so far. The Dr’s would like to see his sugars a little lower which is a foreign thought to us but exciting at the same time as this suggests all the abnormal cells have been removed:-).

The younger two are doing well, today. No high fevers for twelve hours.
Prayer requested for the son in law of a friend. Apparently, the renters in their home have vacated so the couple need to see to its resolution as they cannot afford two homes. They have opted to drive to the rental in another state. He has a brain tumor and is in significant pain with a seizure just before setting out. He refuses to be taken to any facility as he knows he is done here and will not be going home if they get him. His family does not need the additional stress, emotional or financial. Prayers for both.

One of my co-workers was out with the flu for 5 days. He said his wife and daughter had it first (they had gotten flu shots).
So he said he was feeling rather smug since he had chosen not to get a shot. …
Until it hit him, too. He said it was pretty bad.

He did say he got some of that Tamaflu within the first couple days from his doctor and so maybe that helped ease the symptoms somewhat; but he was still out for 5 days.
