Who can we pray for today?
And it’s Wednesday, so please remember Gambia and it’s workers.

Psalm 29
1 Ascribe to the Lord, O sons of the mighty, Ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in holy array.
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters; The God of glory thunders, The Lord is over many waters.
4The voice of the Lord is powerful, The voice of the Lord is majestic.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; Yes, the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, And Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord hews out flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness; The Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord makes the deer to calve And strips the forests bare; And in His temple everything says, “Glory!”
10 The Lord sat as King at the flood; Yes, the Lord sits as King forever.
11 The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.
My sister is traveling to Atlanta today with three of her kids. Please pray for HG. They are scheduled to depart for Rwanda on the 18th.

My life had been going a little too well the past few months. I have hit a couple of potholes in the road and my attitude is suffering just a little and things are piling on top of me. I need a little relief. I could use any prayers you could spare.

Thanks, The Real. The prayers are much appreciated. The spiritual world is much more apparent here, often from its darker side. However, we do see evidence of God’s power at work as well.

Requesting prayers for myself as I struggle with being consistently hard-working on the many important tasks I am called to as a wife, homemaker, and homeschooling mom. My nature is to gravitate toward leisure. I know that everyone needs rest and refreshment at times, but my working/resting ratio is out of balance, and almost always has been. The Lord has been good to show me the need to get these things better in balance (it didn’t use to bother me that I was this way), but the disconnect between what I know is right, and where I’m at right now is sometimes discouraging. Thanks.

I am so glad I had this illness two weeks ago or a week ago or whatever. Somebody has to be able to do the chores and deal with all of the sick people. We have four down today, two in recovery, another going down. I do not think I am fully recovered but God has been giving me what I need to keep up. Please pray thanksgiving and that He would continue to bless us in this.

The interview seemed to go well though I’m not sure I’m right for the job. Those children are a big responsibility. Praying God gives discernment to those who will make that decisions.
